I was laying outside in the grass, because I got bored in the stupid library. I contemplated about going to my physics teacher and asking him about a quantum physics problem, just so I could make his day. But I thought the grass looked more enjoyable.

“Hey.”

I open my eyes to see Aiden standing above me. “Go away.”

He groaned and sat down next to me. “I’m sorry…. She was so confused about everything. I had to break up with her again. I felt like shit.” He says laying down.

 I turn my head and open one eye and stare into his green. “Sucks to be you.” I close my eye again and turn my head back to the sun.

“You forgive me?” he asks softly.

I think for a moment. “It’s not like I expected you to keep a secret. Normal for you guys to go behind peoples back.” I mumble.

“Hey!” he nudged. “That hurt. I can keep a secret.”

“Sure.”

I hear him move, and then I feel his warm hand on my face as he tilts my head towards him. “You can trust me.” he whispers.

I open my eyes once again to stare at him. His whole demeanor changed. Like he wanted something from me…

I chuckle. “Aiden, there will never be anything between us okay?’ I place my hand on his chest and push him back.

“Why?” he whispers coming back towards me and cupping my cheek. “I know you feel it.”

“Aiden if you do not get at least 5 feet away from me at this moment I will punch you.”

He leans in getting closer to my lips.
