    B&T 9 years after season 1: That night and a big day at the beach

     

    Tina: "I did it because I loved you and I knew that your relationship with your father meant very much to you. Don’t get me wrong I hated how you would turn into daddy’s little girl whenever he was around but it was only a few times a year so I put up with it. He made you happy so for a few nights I would ignore the fact that he could care less if I was there or not and that you would act like an ass."

     

    Bette: "I was wasn’t I. God I was such a bitch to you sometimes…I’m really sorry T. I promise it won’t ever happen again. I know it’s just words but I really mean it, Melvin can either treat you and Eli the way you deserve to be treated or he can stop coming to visit me."

     

    Tina: "Wow. You really mean that?"

     

    Bette: "I should have done it a long time ago T."

     

    Tina: "Thank you for telling me Bette it really means a lot to me that you would do that. Stand up to Melvin for me and Eli."

     

    Bette: "T I know that we’re still up in the air about us, but I want you to know that I have changed. I don’t know what’s going to happen between us, but I do know what I’d like to happen."

     

    Tina: "What?"

     

    Bette: "T I want to be a part of yours and Eli’s life. I don’t know how it could workout with us living on opposites ends of the country, and I know we still have a lot of talking to do but I’m willing to do anything to try and make this work, if you are."

     

    Tina: "I’m willing but babe, it’s not just me anymore. This decision effects Eli just as much as it effects you and I. We’ve been talking to each other for five days how can you be sure that this is what you want. I can tell the you’ve changed but so have I. What if we’ve changed too much?"

     

    Bette: "I know we’ve only been talking over the phone, but I can still feel a connection between us. I can’t wait until the end of the day when I can hear your voice again. I’ve been thinking about you like crazy. I’ve missed you so much. I have never loved someone as much as I love you…I have never loved anyone other then you. Since you’ve been gone I’ve been in relationships where I cared for the other person but I think that I will always be in love with you. I’m really sorry I wanted to be able to say this to you in person, but I’m still not the most patient person."

    1. Nice long chapter that was greatly appreciated. I just had a feeling that Eli would get hurt while skateboarding. Don’t make his injuries severe, please. We don’t want B & T’s reunion and summer at the beach ruined. ;-)

    9. Thanks for the long chapter. I had a feeling something was gonna happen at the skate park, hopefully it’s nothing serious. Please don’t let Tina flip out. Too bad her surprise was ruined. I hope Bette gets to spend alot of the summer at the beach house (with some NC-17 rated chapters) I am glad her and Eli are bonding so well. Please post soon.

    11. This is a heck of a way for Tina to come face to face with Bette. But this will also will allow her to see just how much Eli means to Bette. I hope that after Eli is taken care of the Bette and Tina get to spend some quality time together. Thanks for the post and anytime that you write is appreciated.
