    B&T reunite 9 years after season 1: Lazing around the house and some big decisions are made

     

     

    Tina was tempted to roll Bette onto her back and make that smiled on her face even wider but as she looked over at the clock she groaned at the fact that they had only gone to bed four hours ago. Waking Bette now would be very satisfying but she knew that her lover would need a few more hours before she could function properly and she wasn’t sure that she had enough energy to satisfy her love in a fashion deserving of her mocha beauty. She couldn’t even muster the energy to get up and shut the balcony doors in an effort to shut out the sun for a few more hours. So she snuggled up to Bette and smiled as she felt Bette pull her into her body instinctively wanting to feel closer. Tina may not have had any energy to spare but as she felt Bette’s body press into hers she felt the familiar stirrings of arousal…Bette’s breast pressed into hers, her soft skin making contact with her own…she willed her body not to react but she knew that was an impossibility. She softly kissed Bette knowing that there was a narrow possibility that she’d wake her…she could feel Bette’s lips respond in kind but she could tell that Bette was only reacting to the kiss because as she pulled away she could see that Bette was still asleep. She smiled as she swallowed her desire knowing that if Bette had any energy right now the mere contact of their nipples touching each other would have roused her. So Tina nestled her head near Bette’s and closed her eyes as she allowed sleep to overtake her again.

     

     

     

    Earlier Across Town

      

      

    Melvin had a rough night he couldn’t stop thinking about what how he was going to come to terms with his daughter’s new family or what he could say to make amends for years of mistreating Tina. He was only able to get a few hours of sleep and as he was lying in bed he decided to get up and have some breakfast in the downstairs restaurant. Once he was ready he called down to have his table prepared for when he arrived. He took the short elevator ride down to the hotel’s lobby still mulling over what he could do. He absentmindedly walked out of the elevator and made the familiar walk over to the restaurant. He briefly glanced around the lobby to see that there weren’t many people walking around he turned and nodded at the restaurant manager.

    8. I’ve been following this story from its beginning. It is so awesome. I also love that you write detailed and layered chapters. You take the time to have the story unfold at a realistic pace. Great job. Bette is so accomodating w/o being a doormat. Being a diehard TiBetter this is how I pictured their life together. I hope this happens on the TV show.

    13. You, of course, can’t see it, but I’m doing my happy dance. :) Glad to see this story back, finally! You peg Peggy pretty dead on; that stream of words without stopping. Ah, I do love her so! I had to laugh at Bette getting sleepy with Tina stroking her hair; I’m the same way. I think it’s cute that Bette wants to ask Eli’s permission. Seems about right if she’s going to be stepping into their lives. As for Tina and Melvin alone… yikes. Can’t wait to read all about it, though! Love how long your posts are, and I hope you don’t keep us waiting as long next time!

    15. Is this story every worth the wait. Great job. Love how B&T are actually talking to each other, how Eli is included in all they’re plans and thoughts, especially Bette. Melvin will come around now that Peggy got a hold of him. I agree with AmandaMG, a baby sister would be good.

    16. The talk that Peggy had with Melvin seemed to have kick started his want to maybe make things right. He maybe doing this for Bette and Himself but in the long run it will also be for Tina and Eli. I am so glad that they are working towards becoming a true family.

And great of Tina to let Bette in on her talk with her father, it would be an aweful move to start their new life with a lie indeed!     22. I love this B&T (and Eli) I love how they communicate better now…how they are with each other. I am proud of how Bette is so protective of her family. I like how they were both willing to compromise about the move. I guess in a nutshell I love this story. Thanks for continuing to post and giving us something wonderful to read.

    23. I like how long your chapters are. Thank you. This is such a sweet love story. Totally love Eli, although I don’t agree with Bette feeling like she has to his permission to marry Tina. It is cute, but Eli is still a nine year old child.
