    Tina insisted on driving.

     

     

    “I got Carmen a gift from the both of us, she’s been working so hard her and Shane and with the baby and all I got them a mini vacation to Las Vegas, just a weekend getaway.”

     

     

    “That’s nice T, I’m sure she’ll love it let me know how much I owe you”

     

     

    “Don’t be ridiculous, It was my idea besides I have my own selfish reasons for sending them away”

     

     

    “You do?” Bette asked

     

     

    “I get to have my godson to myself all weekend” Tina winked

     

    “You really love that little boy don’t you?”

     

     

    “Bette, he’s amazing, so sweet and he’s such a good baby I don’t remember him ever being fussy”

     

    Bette enjoyed just watching Tina talk about Shay it was obvious to Bette Tina really did love the baby her eyes lit up every time she talked about him, it made Bette’s heart swell with even more love for this woman.

    They arrived at Shane’s home in the West Hollywood. It was a two story Spanish style home on a very exclusive neighborhood.

     

     

    “Wow this is a nice place” Bette said

     

    “Believe me the outside does not do it justice, it’s an awesome house she totally gutted and renovated the inside its totally modern state of the art.”

     

     

    “She must be doing really well, I guess that includes you too, Kit told me you’re a silent partner in her PR firm”

     

    “A very silent and small partner, but yeah we’re doing good it’s all her really I’m so proud of her and Carmen. Shane deserves the success she’s worked harder than anyone I’ve known to get where she is today, and Bette she gives so much back to the community to Kit’s center and now to the new Rec. Center.”

     

     

    They walked up to the door and rang the door bell, Shane answered the door beer in hand.

     

     

    “Hey Tina glad you made it” Shane gave Tina a huge hug and kiss

     

     

    “Shane, how many of those have you had?” Tina asked pointing at her beer

     

    “It’s a party Tina, for my beautiful wife, gotta celebrate!”

    11. So good that Shane talked to Bette because Bette needed to hear those things. She needed to know that Tina is still in lovse with her since she did not believe that she was anymore.
