    Chapter 42

     

    “Good to hear Bette” Brenda smiled

     

    “So Brenda what are you doing now” Tina asked

     

    “I’m doing my internship at USC medical Center, Cardiology”

     

    “Wow congrats, it was a long road wasn’t it?” Tina asked

     

    “Yeah” Brenda smiled

     

    They talked for a while longer Brenda very happy to be talking to Tina again, something Bette noticed and did not care for.

     

    They walked over to Steve, Alley and Matthew and chatted for a while Bette loved them as if they were her own family. Tina had left to get them drinks and Bette had noticed she had been gone for a while she looked for Tina and found two beers in hand being chatted up by none other than Brenda herself.

     

     

    “Wow I didn’t know Ms Big boobs was here” Matthew commented

     

     

    “Matthew!” Alley said

     

    “Sorry mom but they’re huge”  Matthew said holding his hands to his chest gesturing

     

     

    Bette laughed

     

    “Brenda’s always had a thing for my Tina, I guess that hasn’t changed” Alley commented

     

    “Guess not” Bette sadly said

     

    “So how are you two getting along?” Alley asked

     

    “Great, Alley things could not be better I have my best friend back, its all that matters to me”

     

    “Are you sure Bette, I still see the love you have for her”

     

    “Alley I’ll always love her, always, but I’ll settle for just being her friend if that’s all she’s willing to give me”

     

    The gathering was progressing Bette was actually having fun she was sitting on the lounge chair talking with Carmen and Kit laughing when Shane approached them followed by a stunning looking blonde.

     

    Carmen got up and greeting the girl with a hug and a kiss.

     

    “Hey guys this is Stephanie Miller, we just signed her she’s going to be a huge actress. She’s new here so be nice”

     

    “Hi Stephanie nice to meet you” Kit took out her hand to shake it

     

    “This is my sister Bette”

     

    “Hi Bette” Stephanie smiled

     

    They all hung around talking and laughing Bette and Stephanie getting along.

     

    Bette looked around for Tina she saw her sitting in a lounge chair with the baby asleep on her chest she looked so angelic Bette thought she saw Brenda was sitting next to her making her T laugh she saw Brenda brush a stray hair from Tina’s face and run her hand down the  baby’s back.

    11. So good that Shane talked to Bette because Bette needed to hear those things. She needed to know that Tina is still in lovse with her since she did not believe that she was anymore. Now she can step us her A-game and try to get Tina to show her love again. I hope they will get close again. Great chapter. Thanks for posting.
