“Last but not least Lieutenant Corporal Tasha Williams, ”the news correspondent says.

Helena pauses. Forgetting she had the remote control in her hand she drops it to the floor.

“Holy fucking shit,”she says.

Helena in the office can hear Kits voice. It sounded like she was chopping it up with one of the bartenders. Running out of the office she spots Kit.

“Kit I need to talk with you, “Helena says out of breath.

“Hey girl okay give me just one second let me finish telling Tammy what happened to me last night, “Kit says turning back around to finish her conversation.

Stepping in between Kit and Tammy, “Kit look at me I need to speak with you now not right now but right now!”

Kit noticing that the color was gone from Helena face,”Hey are you okay what the hell is going on?”

Grabbing Kit by her hand Helena drags her back to the office.

“Helena what the hell is going on your starting to scare me!”

Grabbing the side of Kits face and turning her around to face the television, “Look”, Helena says.

Looking at the television, “Helena I don’t see what the panic is about it’s the news announcing POW survivors.” As soon as Kit said that she sees Tasha name flash across the bottom of the screen. She turns around and looks at Helena in shock. “Did I just see what I think I saw?”

“Yes, Kit——–yes, “Helena says.

“Oh my fucking God——do you know what the fuck this means?”

“Kit I know this all seems unreal!”

“They just released the names—–I wonder if Alice,”Kit catches herself and stops talking. Running to the phone Kit picks up the phone and calls Bette.

“Hey Kit I can’t talk right now I am in a very important meeting so I will call you——-.”

“Bette fuck that meeting go find a television right fucking now!”

“Kit have you lost your damn mind!”

“Bette please I am begging you please go find a fucking television and turn it to CNN right now!”

Hearing the urgency in Kits voice Bette excuses herself from the meeting and begins to walk towards one of the break rooms.

Grabbing the remote she turns on the television which was surprisingly already on CNN. “Kit I swear this better be fucking important I have a job you know!”
