    Alice & Tasha: Sapphos Ai

Not making eye contact with her parents, “My Aunt Tasha is alive, ”she says with her head hanging low.

“Yeah—-we just heard the news,”Tina says empathically.

    “How are you,”Bette says.

Taking a deep breath Angelica raises her head and looks at her parents, ”That week I went missing don’t you want to know where I was?”

“Angelica that was weeks ago and to be honest taking into consideration what has all transpired today baby it’s really not that important,”Tina says. “Me and your mother are more concerned about how you are handling the news.”

“Today you and the rest of the world found out that my aunt was alive.”

“Baby you found out today to,”Bette says.

    “No I didn’t.”

Confused both Tina and Bette look at each.

“Angelica this story is on every news outlet in the world baby it’s okay I mean you shouldn’t feel bad that you heard the news when everybody else did, “Tina says.

“Well that’s where you’re wrong I didn’t find out today——-I knew my aunt was alive weeks ago.”

“Angelica you’re not making in any sense how did you know today was the first day they actually released the names of the survivors for the first time,”Bette says trying not to get frustrated with the question and answer game they seemed to be playing.

Rubbing her head and taking a deep breath,”Again, don’t you want to know where I was?”

“Of course we want to know we had been calling you and texting you and you never responded back we were worried about you. When you didn’t mention it we assumed that you didn’t want to tell us.”

    “I came home.”

“What do you mean you came home?”

“I flew back here to Los Angeles.”

“Your ass was here in Los Angeles the entire time and you didn’t bother to call or come and see us? You went missing for an entire week!”

“I went to see Mrs. Williams.”

“Tashas mother,” Tina asked in shock.

    “Yes.”

“Angelica—Mrs. Williams what the hell you better fucking explain and fast, “Bette says getting pissed off by the minute every time Angelica spoke.

“Months ago I had reached out to Mrs. Williams via email. I was sitting in my dorm looking over my life and I felt completely lost. My passion for basketball was vanishing and I needed someone to talk too. I hadn’t seen nor spoken to Mrs. Williams since the funeral. I was depressed. Since Aunt Tashas funeral there hasn’t been a day that goes by that I don’t think about her. That one email I sent to Mrs. Williams blossomed into so much more and we started emailing each other every day. The emails eventually turned into phone calls. We would talk on the phone everyday about life, relationships, school, pretty much you named it we talked about it. When we played Florida after the game I got a text message from Mrs. William saying that I needed to call her immediately. When I called she never said why but she wanted to fly me out to talk face to face. I agreed and made up some excuse that I had a family emergency. When I got to Mrs. Williams house that’s when she broke the news to me about Aunt Tasha.”

    1. For real, you just gonna leave us with a cliff hanger. It’s Christmas for goodness sakes, the season for giving, give us something. Oh and can somebody please whoop Clea’s ass, I don’t care who, a random lady at the grocery store or a little girl kicking her in the shins, I don’t care.

    2. Im back! Sorry im just getting updated but whoa i love what im reading!! Gees this is up there with some of the best tibette stories even though its a Talice story. I love this chapter although it was very heartbreaking. Poor Alice the bubbly girl just cant find her way back to that cheerful girl we all love because of the pain she keeps going through. I can’t believe Clea for putting her hands on Alice argh andthe gang not the same sigh…but lets talk about that ending…freaking frack!! Now this is about to be some reunion, i cant feel it.
