CHASE:  Lovesick? Oh yeah, with whats her name…Carmen.

SHANE:  Yes…Today is the day we really have a much needed talk.

CHASE:  You two didnt talk the other day when she was here.

SHANE:  Nooo..I needed time to get my barrons. But we are talking today at the park across from Wax.

CHASE:  Good thinking…A public place where you can scream for help.

SHANE:  (Laughing)  Noo Chase… I dont think it will turn out violent.

CHASE:  Well, buddy you never know. But if you need me just give a holla and ill come running.

SHANE:  Ill be okay, Chase.

CHASE:  Okay, Ill cancell all your appointments for today.

SHANE:  Thanks Chase, wish me luck man.

CHASE:  Hey, if it is meant to be then it will happen. Have courage and confidence in yourself.

SHANE:  Thanks dude…Bye.

CHASE:  Bye.

Shane thought to herself, there goes that word courage again. She gets up and puts her favorite cologne that Carmen loves. She then goes into the kitchen to call the Thai resturant to place an order. With a few minutes to spare before she sees Carmen, she gets a piece of paper and a pencil. After 20minutes of thinking and writing; Shane gets up leaving to get her takeout. Shane thinks to herself….here’s my journey towards the end of the tunnel.

AT THE PARK

Shane arrives at the park and spreads the blanket on the grass. She found an secluded area where not too many people passed through. She carefully lays everything out in a neat order and places a bouquet of flowers in the center of the blanket. The whole arrangement looks so fancy and classy. This is a step up from what Shane would have done in the past. While Shane is admiring her work, she sees carmen approaching.
