    B&T beginning on the high seas

    Bette: “Well…I grew up in Upstate New York and I moved to California after I graduated from Yale.  I majored in Art History and I loved art so much that I decided I wanted to open my own gallery. I’m not much of an artist so I thought that I could help new artist show their stuff.  I actually just finished a show for an up and coming artist from Philly named Justin Taylor.  His stuff is wonderful.  You should come by the gallery when we get back and check out work.  You do like art don’t you?”

    Tina watched Bette’s mouth the whole time she was talking wondering what it would be like to kiss those wonderful lips.  She took in every word that came out of Bette’s mouth and filed it away in her mind.  She would find herself doing that many times as the week went on.

    Tina:  “Of course I like Art. Actually I love it!  I loved the gallery at the unverstity.  I used to go there and sit when I needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of school.  It was very relaxing to me.”

    Now it is Bette’s turn to watch Tina.  This didn’t go unnoticed by Tina as she watched Bette’s eyes.  She wondered if Bette was thinking the same thing that she thought.  Just then Bette stops her from talking.

    Bette: “Hey…would you like to take a walk outside?  I really need to get out of this loud place.  Plus I would love to smell the fresh sea air.”

    Tina: “Sure, why not!  Hey guys”  She says to the ladies…”We are going to take a walk.  I will see you later.”

    Kristin and Lexie just smile knowing that something is going on there but not sure what it was yet!  Tina really needs a release and they hope that Bette will be able to help her with it.

    Bette and Tina leave the club and head to the outside deck.  It is quite out there with a few couples sprinkled here and there.  The night air was fresh and the skies are clear with all the stars shining bright!

    Bette takes Tina’s hand in her own and then looks at her asking permission without saying anything.  Tina in turn says yes and they walk hand in hand not saying a word.  Then all of a sudden Bette speaks…

    Bette:  “Tina I have to tell you that Alice and Dana had to drag me on this cruise because I really didn’t want to come but now I am so glad that I did. “

    Tina:  ” Well Bette, I’m glad that you did too”

    They smile at each other and continue to walk not letting go of each others hands until they got to the very front of the ship on the top deck.  As they look out at the sea only one thought continued to go through Bette’s head.  She has got to kiss this beautiful creature before she explodes.  She looks at Tina and then as gentle as she can she turns Tina so that her back is resting on the railing of the ship. Looking deep into Tina’s eyes  Bette then runs her index finger across Tina’s cheek and smiles, asking for permission to kiss her without speaking a word.  Tina looks at her and…..

Keep up the great work…but i have to agree with CR00 are the chapters going to get shorter as the story goes along???

      predictable?? oh C’mon it’s cool for me as a reader to guess some of the things and then be proven right.. that means you’re giving me what i want.. hehehe.. it doesnt mean u’re predictable.. ;)
