Bette shot Alice the ‘who are you trying to fool’ look
“Ok Ok.. no major delinquency”
“Hailey… she is a love.. she loves to snuggle, and she very much loves her dance classes, she plays t-ball as well. And you already know about Colin. He is still in his art classes and I don’t think that I could get him to play on a sports team if I paid him. Shane keeps telling me that she is going to get him to go to the skate park with them, but I don’t see it happening. Haily and Colin have become very close. I kinda hope this little guy is a little jock to balance things out a bit.”
“Wow.. sounds like you have got quite the little family there.”
“I sure do. They are all wonderful. I couldn’t love the girls more if I gave birth to them myself.”
“And they know it! They have her wrapped around their little fingers.” Tina chimed in. “Tell her about the shopping trip when you got the stuff for the girls room! Oh and let me just tell you Alice.. this was before we even moved in together. Bette was supposed to be getting a few things so they didn’t have to stay in a ‘stuff guest room’ when we spent the night here.”
“T.. really”
“Aw come on spill it Porter.. I’ve got to hear this.”
“Well I took the girls out shopping. It was our first trip out shopping.. just the three of us. They fell in love with the cutest sets. Pink butterflies for Ley Ley and Purple Fireflies for Sky.
“Oh this is gonna be good”
“They were so cute, and they loved it soooo much, and well they have Tina’s eyes.”
“Oh no Bette what did you do? How bad?”
“Not too bad…”
“How did you get it home?”
“Um.. a delivery truck.”
“A delivery truck… Shit Porter how much did you spend?”
“A couple thousand.” Alice’s jaw dropped
“Each” Tina added.
“EACH? Shit Bette!”
“They have her eyes.” Bette stated mater-of-factly as if it justified every penny.

Love that Alice is back, Just hope that she and Tina will get along. They do have a house full and a new one on the way.
What a night. Fun and laughter with friends and family and then the rest of the night fulfilling the lust of your lover.
