“Perfectly, it seems your wife can’t wait to see you.” Denise said dryly. “The privacy shield is already up.”
Tina hid her smile. “The play begins in one hour and it will take us forty minutes to get there.” Denise warned. If she thought Ms. Bette and Ms. Rosanna had it bad for each other she quickly learned that Ms. Bette and Tina were worse.
Sliding into the car she sought out her wife, the sight of her never failed to please her. “Hey” she greeted her with a kiss that quickly deepened. She pulled away as she felt the car pull away. Leaning back into the leather seat she took the time to drink her in. Bette’s eyes had already glazed over and the desire that was never far from the surface clear to see. She smiled at the effect she consistently had on her wife.
“Hey, yourself” Bette answered lazily, her eyes roaming over Tina’s body. The cream colored camisole under the light brown suit jacket brought out the highlights of Tina’s golden curls. The skirt stopped at her upper thigh and Bette was tempted to slide a hand under the material.
As if reading her thought Tina said “Denise was quite clear that we have no time for detours today, the play starts in an hour.”
“Is that why you are sitting all the way over there?” There was a definite pout on the brunette’s lips.
“Yes.” Tina had to stop herself from responding to the pout and kissing those lips.
“Can’t blame a woman for trying” Bette laughed seeing the frustration grow for Tina.
“You will pay for this Porter” she warned.
“Kennard-Porter, to you.”
They were easily the most striking couple in the auditorium. Even if they were not lightly holding hands it was clear that they were in a world of their own making. The only time their focus seemed not to be on the other was when a beautiful young girl with a riot of dark curly hair approached them. They gathered her up and kissed her and her struggles to free herself anyone could see were half-hearted.
Seeing his opportunity he approached them. “Good evening, Ms. Angelica. Your dancing was exceptional.”

K this was a great chapter explaing to Al how they found out that Bette was pregnant!!
Oh heck yeah, Angelica’s a smart cookie, sharper than her EM by a long shot. “Roey” is too cute… and Head Master Whitley seems a bit of a … I dunno. I just don’t like him. Why did they reject their application all those years ago? Not enough $$ in the Porter-Kennard coffers at the time? Shallow school, their children deserve better. Anyhow, more please! Thanks for the chapter, kelika.

So Angie figured it out first huh, pretty smart for an almost 11 year old.
So we end with Tina telling the insatiably curious Alice, “That’s private.” Will that satisfy Alice or will she pester Tina until she hears every last detail?
