    Bette loves her work, she could spend hours talking about arts and arts’ affiliates, and wouldn’t be tired of it. Work was her sanctuary, it was her place of peace and quiet, but every now and then, her haven gets disrupted. Bette never gives out her personal digits, but her work number is a different matter. Anyone who wants it, can go online and search for the Bette Porter’s Gallery, and they’ll have a map with complete directions to her work place, phone number included.

    After finishing her coffee, she left the gang for work. The minute she walked in her gallery, Bette was swamped with messages, not all was business related. James, her assistant, handed seven messages on post-it to his boss.

    "All the same?"

    James nodded. "Lisa, again."

    "Lisa." Bette sighs, as she dropped her bag on the floor against her desk leg, and slump in her executive chair. Lisa’s been calling Bette every day, since they shacked up together that one night. If Lisa thinks this approach will get Bette to want her again, she clearly doesn’t know our hero. Bette dislikes needy girls, especially one that clings to you like lint on cotton. "Don’t they know?" Bette thoughts were interrupted when James told Bette that Lisa was on the phone again, via intercom.

    "Thank you James. I got it." Bette picked up the phone. "Hello Lisa."

    "Hey baby."

    "Lisa. We’ve been over this. I’m not your baby."

    "Oh, but we had such a great time, baby."

    "Lisa. Please, listen to me. We did have a great time, that night. I enjoyed it. Though, it was just a one time thing. You should know that. You knew that. So, please, let’s not prolong this anymore than we should. You are a beautiful girl, and you’ll find someone who’s worth your love. Sadly, I’m not that person. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have some paper works to tend to. I hope you have a great day, and I hope we understand each other. See you around."

    Dial tone. Lisa had hung up on Bette.

    An hour later, on the other side of Hollywood, Jenny is consoling her friend Lisa. Lisa is a pretty girl who was at a club called Milk, two nights ago. The night she met our hero, the night she had the greatest sex of her life, the night where she became another name(or face) in Bette’s proverbial book of one-timers.

    4. Ugh Tina and jenny are best friends. Jenny is a pain. Bette will not pass on Tina.She will track her down and try to have her one night stand and with Tina dont think it will work. Not for a long time. thanks

    6. Well, Tina threw down the gauntlet when she did that and Bette has never backed away from a challenge. She finds it more interesting and her more determined than ever to conquer the young lady. Can hardly wait to see what happens. PPS
