    Bette uses up a lot of cell minutes; Dylan makes an agreement with Danny; Helena and Dylan converse; Bette and Tina share food and conversation; Theresa talks to Henry; Alice is gloomy, Dana is sad; and Carmen and Shane have a big idea.

     

    “Brilliant.”

     

    * * * * *

    7:10pm

     

    Carmen was pacing on the terrace while on her cell.   “Yeah, yeah, yeah.  Dana, you shouldn’t be alone.  This party is kickin’ and you don’t have to be in the room where they’re smoking pot.  You’re an athlete and we don’t want you testing positive for chemicals.  There is so much going on here.”

     

    “I don’t know.”

     

    “Do you really want to be hanging out by yourself thinking about all of this?”

     

    “No.  It’s just that Alice might not want me there.  I mean she called you guys about the break up.”

     

    “Yeah, but I guarantee that she’s going to stay in West Hollywood.  You know, Alice, she’s going to want to be around people she knows.  She’ll probably go to the Planet.”

     

    Dana thought about it.  “Yeah, that is Al’s style.”  She smiled thinking about her.

     

    “So you’ll come up.”

     

    “Yeah.”

     

    “Here’s the address.  We Mapquested it and there wasn’t a problem.  It was exactly right.”

     

    “Okay.”

     

    Carmen gave Dana the address to the weekend party and told her she’d see her soon.  She stuffed the phone back into the pocket of her tiny, tiny Daisy Dukes’ shorts and then rubbed her hands together in anticipation. She had talked to Shane on her cell while Shane drove to Alice’s.  They had concocted a plan.  Everything had to go perfectly to pull it off, but they thought they could do it.  Carmen had convinced the producer/host to go along with this little deal once she cut the price of her services in half.  Dana and Alice were worth it, she thought. Those two are so not going to break up.  If it takes a weekend, they’re getting back together.

    7:30pm

     

    Bette had been waiting for Dr. McPherson’s call.  When she got it, most everything was in the car except for the humans.  Bette carried Angelica out and Theresa slid in the front passenger’s seat while Bette secured Angelica in her car seat.

     

    “Ready to see Mama Tee?   We’re seeing a lot of her today.  Let’s not tire her out, all right?  You look so pretty, boo.”  Angelica was wearing a cute, yellow striped footie and before putting the tiny yellow skull cap on her head, Bette kissed her.  “I love you, Angelica.”  Theresa smiled.  She heard Bette say that to Angelica twenty times a day at least.  And yesterday, her daughter had done the same.  Angelica was certainly adored by her mothers.  The baby’s back was to Theresa in the rear facing car seat and Bette set up a small black and white mobile to amuse her until they got the center.

    2. I’m really pleased to see a new chapter so soon. Excellent plan by Shane and Carmen to get Al and Dana back together. I have a good feeling that it’ll work. Dylan and Hels, what can I say? They’re hot. I dunno how they’re going to get rid of Danny completely, but I’d think besting him would be easy, because he’s a complete idiot. Can’t the Peabody billions just hire a couple of thugs to muscle his sorry behind out of LA? Bette and Tina: Eureka! I think Porter’s got it! I cannot *wait* for Nicastro, Colley, Marcos and any other hatahs to get put in their place. And last but not least, you actually made me like Henry.     10. Shane covered her mouth with her hand to keep from laughing. When she was six or seven, she thought that the words lavatory and laboratory were the same words. Her father had caught her with a glass Pyrex dish and a steak knife in the bathroom on her knees, pulling her poop out of the toilet to begin some experiments in her laboratory. She recalled that her dad threw away the baking dish. – LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!! Nicastro has got to GO! At least Bette got the ok from Henry to see Tina and that Bette is working on a plan. Helena and Dylan was freakin’ HOT!!!!!!!

    15. What a brilliant chapter. I’m glad that Bette didn’t end up in the slammer! I can’t believe that Whit wouldn’t have thought of the new Power of Attorney if that was plausable…I’m not seeing that as a viable option,,,get to the retreat, Bette!
