Life with Mom and Tina Ch 110
Previously:
"Jess I am so confused who is this family she is talking about and why do you have to do what they say?" Cat asked.
"I promise I will explain everything to you but we have a game to get ready for." Jess said.
Jess and Cat sat on the Air Plane alone with the exception of the two body guards and Marty. Bette and Tina and the rest of the family were coming on the next plane out. It had all happened so fast that they didn’t have much time to object.
"Now will you tell me what’s going on?" Cat asked.
"Yes. Just hold on a sec." Jess said she got up and walked over to Marty and returned in a moment with a file. "Okay everything that is going has to do with my grandfather, my dad’s dad. He got involved in something that he shouldn’t have before he got sick. I don’t know all the details just that he had to give all his money to his heirs so that it wouldn’t be lost. That’s why my dad got his money before his dad died. Before he died he insisted on the Family be set up after he was gone. The family that she was talking about is this group of people that were appointed by my grandmother after my grandfather died to keep watch over my dad." Jess explained.
"Why did he need watching over?" Cat asked.
"My grandmother, God love her is a little intrusive and always wants some control. The Family are just like trustees except they do more than just control our money. When my dad was young he partied hard all the time. Grandmother was afraid he would party all the family money away. Which he didn’t. He made his own fame and own money." Jess said.
"Then why are they watching you. You aren’t a party person." Cat said.
"I’m not?" Jess asked.
"Are you?" Cat asked.
"I don’t party as hard or as frequently as he did but I do my share. That’s why Marty was called in. After Mom disappeared I was spiraling out of control. I rarely went home and when I did, I was fighting with Mama. I slept in the shed at Shane’s. Shane was my saving grace. She dragged me home drunk or high or whatever I was at the time. That is when she found me." Jess said.

Well I am glad he wasn’t in the mob…how did that reporter get his journals? Seems like “the family” is very controlling. Will you let us know WHY grandfather had to get rid of his money before he got sick? I hope Jess dosen’t get the backlash for that book, she was an innocent child when this all took place. Everybody was doing everything back then it shouldn’t be too much of a shock for Hollywood. I think Bette & Tina should have went to NY but then again Jess is not a kid anymore. Please post soon.
I still think there may be more to the story. And I feel something may go wrong at the interview.
I agree with miamigrl I think something else happened and they will get ambushed on the show or when the book comes out.
This is getting more drama and let see what’s next, thanks!
i am agree with miamigirl, i have the feeling that this interview will turn into a bad moment, but Jess is strong and has her family to support her.
i’ll wait until the interview…hows rosie gonna help jess, if the shit hits the fan
I am also glad that it wasn’t the mob or worse. I still feel that Jess should have told Shannon or tell her before it all becomes public. She is her sister and someone that she can confide in. The press will also hound Shannon and she should not be treated like an outsider. Jess needs all the support that she can get, even though she is no longer a kid she is still has insecurities and need the support of them standing firmly behind her. Wheather the interview goes good or bad, she needs her family standing behind her. Maybe they could fly to NY and meet her at the apartment. Has Shannon ever seen the apartment, or has a sense of who Andy was?
What was Tina’s conclusion? I think she and Bette will fly out to NY and will be waiting nearby but just out of the spotlight.
Girl, you got me hooked here, great.
