"You don’t have to do that Jess." Bette said.
"I know but I don’t mind. We are used to each other now. She’ll play in the nursery until she hears me get out of the shower. Besides it looks like the boys are going to give you enough trouble." Jess said pointing to Ian and Teddy who were covered in mud and standing in the other end of the hallway.
"What did you to get into?" Bette asked.
"Auntie Shane and….." Teddy hesitated thinking.
"Carmen her name is Carmen." Ian said.
"Auntie Shane and Carmen let us help them plant flowers and then let us make mud pies. Want to see." Teddy said.
"Tell me you didn’t bring them in the house." Bette said walking towards them.
"Just some of them and we left them in the kitchen." Ian said.
Bette rounded the corner and saw two mud pies sitting on the table and Shane standing in the doorway.
"Aren’t you glad to be home." Shane said being sarcastic. Bette was smiling remembering how much the boys were like Jess when she was there age.
"I am." Bette said to Shane.
"Sorry about the mess but they made it to the kitchen before I could catch them." Shane said.
"You don’t like them Mommy. We made them for you." Teddy said giving her the puppy dog face.
"Of course. I love them just not inside. Why don’t you guys go put them on the table outside." Bette said.
"Okay." The boys said scooping up the piles of mud and headed outside past Shane.
"That’s good just leave them there and go get cleaned up. You have to be at Camp in an hour." Bette said. The boys grinned and ran past her inside.
"What am I going to do with them?" Bette said.
"Oh they will be okay. What are you going to do with Jess?" Shane asked.
"What do you mean?" Bette asked.
"Come let me show you. She has being using the studio to paint since she and Tina got in a fight about the smell of it right after you left." Shane said. They walked to the shed.

I am glad that you were able to post. Damn those phone lines and extension cords just don’t reach far enough into those woods. I can’t wait for the adult alone time. So happy to see this chapter, know that whenever you get a chance to post we will be waiting. We love this story. Hopefully Tina dn Jess can get back to where they were before the crash. Everyone missed Bette terribly especially Tina and Jess. Now that Bette is home, maybe Tina and Bette can get that time alone to be with just each other. I see some major NC-17 chapter coming, hopefully the next one. Thanks so much for this story.
