He looked down at his watch and saw that it was going to be 10pm not really late but his mom was going on a business trip tomorrow morning and he wanted to spend some time with her before she left. Dean looked around and saw that the brunette was now really leaning into Shane and whispering something to her. Dean looked around to make sure there wasn’t some pissed off dude missing his girl but was distracted when Donna jumped on his lap and started kissing him.
He pulled away tasting the fruity drinking she had been drinking all night that’s when he heard him.
“HEY DYKE GET AWAY FROM MY GIRL!”
Dean got off his seat so fast Donna almost fell down. He looked over at Shane and saw the brunette she was talking to was trying to calm her boyfriend down. He wasn’t really a big guy but he had two friends with him so he didn’t need to be big.
Shane not one to shrink away from a fight responded in kind. “Well maybe if you treated her right and didn’t spend all your time playing drinking games with your buddies you would have noticed she was missing twenty minutes ago.”
The guy was now in Shane’s face and his friends were on either side of her. Dean was pushing his way through the crowd he could see that the guy was now sneering down at Shane liking his odds of putting Shane in her place. He was nearly there when the smug dude poked Shane in the chest, big mistake because Shane responded by hitting him in the junk.
The guy fell to the ground and one of his friends pushed Shane from behind dropping her to the ground. Before the other guy could kick Shane Dean came up and shoved him away. His other friend took a swing at Dean and connected punching him in the back. Dean elbowed the guy making him stagger back. The other two guys were off the floor by now one of them with tears in his eyes but he was making a beeline for Shane who was being helped up by the brunette. Shane had hit her head but she seemed to be okay now. Shane saw the guy coming towards her so she bum rushed him taking him down and started wailing on him. Dean could see that Shane was holding her own so he brought his attention back to the two guys who were coming at him. The smaller one was taking a page from Shane’s book and decided to rush him but just got pushed aside into a table full of people. The bigger guy was standing toe to toe with Dean. He could tell that the guy had been in a few fights before because he was holding his own and managed to land a few shots. Dean looked over at Shane and saw that the guy had shoved her off of him. Dean threw a hard punch to the guy’s midsection making the guy double over in pain he was going over to help Shane when the little guy tackled him from behind. They both fell to the floor but Dean was able to roll them over. He could see that the other guy had pinned Shane down and was going to punch her so he scrambled forward catching the guy before he could hit Shane. He got the guy off of Shane and was trying to keep the guy off balance preventing the guy from throwing a decent punch. Shane was keeping busy with the little guy she caught him off guard and landed a shot to his ribs. It looked like the fight would be winding up and that they would be victorious when he saw some cops pushing their way through the crowd.

Different twist on things, but knowing you were going to love it. Now for Tina and Bette to meet. Bette has a daughter, no mention of husband, or Tina. I know you’ll fill us in as we go along.

Hey buddy! i had seen this new story of yours but didn’t have time to read it at the time and then I just forgot, sorry! But now I caught up with the first chap and am off reading the second one… It’s awesome! i love this start. Of course I totally think of Dean as a grown up Eli and it’s just fantastic to see what a wonderful young man he’s become (and still this great bond with Tina). And you think of it that way too, huh? You actually wrote Eli instead of Dean on the last page… Cute! I love the idea of a new beginning for B&T. But I’m wondering if you’re planning a love story or a brother/sister bond between Dean and Claire… We’ll see! But i love it, please continue! My only reserve is that it doesn’t take you away from Eli’s story… Thanks!
