    The ones where Tina tells Bette and Angie the truth

     

    “You two look cosy “

     

    “We are “

     

    “The showers are only using cold water – -actually the water was freezing “

     

    Bette smiled “ Plenty of hot water here “

     

    “That’s what I was looking forward to. Its great to have a gym in our apartment block – especially when the weather is like it is outside “

     

    “Been four inches so far today “ Bette remarked

     

    “How much is four inches ?” Angie asked

     

    Bette kissed Angie brow and walked across to her desk – she brought a ruler back to the sofa and patiently showed Angie what she mean.

     

    “So if you went outside the snow would be up to here on you “

     

    Bette held her finger against the four inch mark and held it against Angie leg. The little girl took all this information in

     

    “That’s a lot “ she decided

     

    “It is “ Bette agreed

     

    Tina laughed – it just made her heart sing that the two women she loved so much were as close as they were. Having them together on the eve of such a special day meant the whole world to the blonde. Tina walked across and sat down next to her favourite girls.

     

    “I love both of you “ she said kissing Angie and touching Bette’s face as they all snuggled up close as a family. “That said – isn’t it time for your bed Angie”

     

    “NO !! “

     

    Bette laughed – it was going to be fun to get Angie into bed and asleep when all she wanted was to delve into the presents that she knew where under the tree waiting for her.

     

    “I think it is time for bed “ Tina continued

     

    “Bette – tell her “

     

    “It is only 4 o’clock “ Bette said smiling

     

    “Okay – you can stay up until 5 “

     

    “Mommy – you are mean “

     

    Tina laughed and hugged her daughter again

     

    “As long as you actually go to sleep when you go to bed “

     

    “I will I promise “

     

    “Because Santa does not bring presents to little people who are still awake”

It shows the forgiveness that has to exist between to people that have been in turmoil and then decide enough is enough, and let their love shine through.     16. Can’t stop re reading it. I have been waiting for this for so long. Now It makes me emotional. So well written, so full of love, I was crying with them too lol. incredible. I can’t say this is my favorite as all your stories are. But this story came at a point where I couldn’t stop myself missing it. You know what I think anyway but your stories are so full of HOPE and positivity that they make me belive in me and people. Thank you my hero. PPVS
