    The ones where Tina tells Bette and Angie the truth

     

    “Does he know ?”

     

    “Santa knows who has been naughty and nice “ Bette said “ So he is bound to know if little eyes are closed because the little person is asleep or just trying to pretend “

     

    Angie looked suspiciously at Bette then at her mother

     

    “Is that true momma ?”

     

    “Yes – just like he knows that you don’t live in LA any more “

     

    Angie nodded taking this new piece of information in

     

    “Oh okay “

     

    Tina kissed Angie again “So make sure you are sleepy when you go to bed “

     

    “I could take her upstairs and tire her out in the gym “ Bette suggested raising her eyebrow at Tina who grinned

     

    “I think on that note I am going for a bath – I am very sweaty and sore “

     

    Bette smiled at the mental image of her lover naked in the bath. She pulled Angie closer and they sank back into the sofa as they watched the animated movie. When Tina emerged she was wearing dark trousers and a polo neck sweater. Bette looked up and smiled as Tina went into the kitchen. Bette got up

     

    “Mommy is going to raid the fridge – I’m going to see what she is after “

     

    “Does she always eat a lot after she has been to the gym ?”

     

    “Yes – which rather defends the object of the exercise “

     

    Bette followed Tina into the kitchen just in time to see Tina stuffing a cookie into her mouth

    “Caught in the act “ Bette said

     

    “God you scared me “

     

    “Hungry ?” Bette asked putting the lid back on the cookie jar

     

    “Yeah – working out does that to me “

     

    “Strange that because working out gets me hunger for sex “

     

    Bette took hold of Tina and kissed her on the lips “ Very hungry for you “

     

    “I was wondering what to make for dinner “

     

    “I don’t mind cooking “

     

    “No “ Tina said “I want to cook for my family “

     

    Bette stroked Tina’s hair “This must be very different than last Christmas Eve for you and Angie “

It shows the forgiveness that has to exist between to people that have been in turmoil and then decide enough is enough, and let their love shine through. I am so happy for Angie and Bette, they do so deserve to be known as mother and daughter. Wonderful chapter. Thanks for posting.

    16. Can’t stop re reading it. I have been waiting for this for so long. Now It makes me emotional. So well written, so full of love, I was crying with them too lol. incredible. I can’t say this is my favorite as all your stories are. But this story came at a point where I couldn’t stop myself missing it. You know what I think anyway but your stories are so full of HOPE and positivity that they make me belive in me and people. Thank you my hero. PPVS
