“Who’s Tim talking too?”  Jenny asked, seeing Tim engulfed in a conversation with a good looking brown haired man. 

            “I don’t know.”  Answered Marina, but she had seen the same man with Sam a few short days ago at the Planet.

            “That’s Brian Kinney.”  Sam stated, finding the rest of the group.  Tina was right behind her, and Alice saw Tina let go of Sam‘s hand just as they entered the circle of friends.  Sam kissed Tina and Alice thought that perhaps she should tell Sam about her date this evening.  Alice was dreading this moment.

            “He’s hot isn’t he?  God I was wishing I was a ***** man when I met him.”  Tina laughed, watching as Brian put the moves on Tim. 

            “Is he flirting with Tim?”  Jenny asked, walking towards the two men, but Marina pulled her back, they were all laughing softly at the scene.

            “Jenny I think you should allow your ex-husband the pleasure of telling Mr. Kinney that he’s not *****.”  Marina said with a chuckle, sipping her drink.

            “He might be by the time the night is over…”  Sam chuckled under her breath, taking a sip of the rum and coke that Tina had gotten for her.

            “Sam?”  Alice said seeing Jayden walking into the CAC, she grabbed Sam and turned her back to Jayden.  “I met someone on the island, and I invited her here tonight.”  Alice announced and Sam shrugged, not knowing what that had to do with her.

            “Ok…”  Sam shrugged and Alice stammered.

            “You know about me and C.J.?  Well when I saw her… I just about flipped, and…”  Sam‘s face fell blank, and she knew who she was talking about suddenly.  She’d known she was back in town, but at the island?  The woman was straight!  She’d proclaimed it 1000 times!  Sam turned and she saw her instantly; because that is where Alice was looking.

            “Jayden…”

            “Hello, have we met?”  Sam asked Shane, moving in behind her, her fingers lightly brushing her bare arms.  Shane smiled, looking over her shoulder and found Sam‘s cheek, kissing it quickly, almost shyly.
