    Bette’s shower refreshed her – she dressed in a white slacks and a huge black tee-shirt that Alice had bought her. Alice claimed it was the largest tee-shirt size in LA – another one of Al’s hyperbole statements. All the same it was comfortable and was one of the few pieces of clothing that Bette felt relaxed in.

     

     

     

    She found Tina in the kitchen making a honey glaze for the chicken for the BBQ. Bette put one hand on Tina’s ass and rested the other on her stomach.

     

     

    “Hey mom “ Bette said kissing Tina’s shoulder

     

     

    “Hey mom back “

     

     

     

    “You should be resting “

     

     

     

    “I’m fine Bette – you are the one who needs all the rest and sleep she can get – -go and sit down by the pool “

     

     

     

    “Well Ms Kennard – I was doing a great job of resting until your fingers found their way somehow between my thighs and started stroking me – instant alarm clock – as always “

    “Now – yes – well – that isn’t my fault “

     

    “It isn’t ? why would that be ? “

     

     

    “You are a sexual magnet – my fingers are just drawn to you — cannot resist you “

     

     

    Tina turned and rested her hand on Bette’s face

     

     

    “See – that wasn’t me — that was the magnet – I am drawn to you and I am powerless to resist “

     

     

    “Oh okay “ Bette conceded before giggling “You are so damn mischievous – -come here “

     

     

     

    Bette’s lips found Tina’s – their kiss gentle. The passion between them fully saturated for a few brief hours. Tina surveyed Bette – for once she was not fighting the deep and pulsating sexual urgency for her dark haired girlfriend.

     

     

    Their lovemaking had fulfilled her beyond a level that anyone else could. It was not just the physical satisfaction — though that played a huge part of it. It was the love and the friendship she shared with this stunning woman.
