Lucy: I disagree. They can be great when you find the right one.
Amy: We’re great aren’t we?
Lucy: Oh yes, dear.
Mark: And your names are…?
Lucy: I’m Lucy. She’s Amy. And we don’t really know anyone here too much.
Amy: We heard there was a party and decided to show up.
Chandra: A lot of people did. Some even took food.
Marina: Oh my. Who would do such a thing?
Marina looks at Jenny.
Jenny: It was for toast…
Lisa: My name’s Lisa….and I’m not a lesbian identified man….I’m just a lesbian.
Lola: I’m Lola and right now I have a Peaches song stuck in my head.
Mark: Thanks for sharing.
Mark turns the camera toward Trish who’s seated next to him.
Trish: Hi.
Mark: Trish Peverall. Our Olympic Swim Team hopeful for 2008.
Trish: I’m working on it.
Mark: Training hard?
Trish: Oh, yes…except for this week and next, but as soon as I get back to LA…it’s back to training nonstop.
Mark: I think it’s worth it just to see you in the outfit.
Gene: That doesn’t mean you can sport a speedo in public, Mark.
Mark swings the camera over towards Gene and Gomey.
Gomey: I’m Gomey. This is Dickhead.
Gene: Hey, that’s Mr. Dickhead to you. Okay….really my name’s Gene.
Lacey: I don’t know….Mr. Dickhead could be a catchy name.
Gene: Aren’t you sleeping?
Lacey: I just like having my eyes closed when I’m relaxing.
Mark: And finally….
Carmen: I’m Carmen.
Shane: …Shane.
Mark: And how are the two of you doing?
Shane looks at Carmen.
Carmen: We’re doing better.
Shane smiles. She leans shoulderfirst towards Carmen. Carmen catches her, as Shane rests her head on Carmen’s shoulder.
Carmen: A day at a time.
Mark: I think that could be said of all of us.
Tina: I agree with that.
Bette: No matter what life throws at you sometimes, it’s how you perservere through it. I like to think we’ve perservered well, haven’t we Tee?
Tina: Yeah, in spite of ourselves at times.
Lara: I think the important thing is that right now, everything’s going great and we’re all here together.
Alice: That…sounded so campy.
Lara looks at Alice.
Alice: …I was thinking the same thing, too.
As the bus rolls on, the group of people inside the bus continue to get to know each other. It’s a long trip, but so far so good.

I think I’m getting old, so much characters to focus on. I’m a little bit confused, but I really like your story.
That sounds like an interesting bus trip. But I would be terrified of the bus driver. She has been known to screw up some tv characters just to be mean spirited.

It’s amazing how you are able to keep together all these characters. I hope not to sound conceit but, as a suggestion,maybe you should separate the stories; I mean they are too many characters for five pages. Anyway the story is really great, funny and interesting. I hope I’ didn’t offend you… keep it up! bye
Great how you introduced all the characters using Mark & his camera. Unfortunately the passengers are being led around by Ilene, who more than likely has no sense of direction. Who the hell let Betty on w/ guitars? That alone would get me off the bus, sorry Dane. Other than that , can’t wait to see if all goes well. Glad Shane & Carmen are working it out. Super update.
