    Author Notes:

    It’s Christmas! Dana and Alice celebrate their first Christmas. How will they handle the holiday break???

    Previously –

    Dana had a sad smile on her face remembering the many times they made love and came together.  She loved to please Alice and nothing gave her more pleasure than them coming together.  Dana could always feel the love strengthen between them when they did and she missed that feeling.  Dana had been intimate with others since Alice, but she never would climax.  She saved those times for when she was alone and fantasized about them being together again.  Dana was glad she was in a public place because she was wet and wanted to think about making love to Alice and touch herself, but she knew that tonight was not the night for fantasies, only a night for remembering.

     

    Chapter 9 –

    (Present)

    Dana continued to sit at the park and look up at the stars remembering all of the great times she shared with Alice.  They had a lot of ups and downs with their relationship.  A lot of great times and big moments, but Dana loved the small stuff too.  Little moments that may seem insignificant to others meant the world to her.  Dana remembered the one night Alice refused to go to bed while she finished writing in her journal. 

     

    (December 2001)

    Alice tried to hide her yawn as she stood and stretched.  She just finished studying and was ready to go to bed.  Dana was sitting on the sofa next to her writing in her journal. 

    “Are you almost done Babe?”  Alice asked as she packed up her books for the next day.

    “Yup.  Just finishing up.  You can go to bed and I will be there in a few minutes.”

    Alice finished putting her things away and went to the bathroom.  When she finished she walked back toward the living room and leaned against the wall at the end of the hall.  She loved to just watch Dana, still amazed that someone so wonderful could love her so much. 

    “Al you don’t have to wait for me.”

    “I want to.  I don’t like going to bed without you.”

    “Ok.”  Dana finished writing in her journal and smiled.  The last lines she wrote said, Time to end this entry for the night.  Alice is waiting for me to go to bed.  She’s so sweet and I love her so much.

    2. Sound like you are very busy 3 jobs,so people can’t even get one. Just don’t work so hard that you make yourself ill. That is from aold broad that is just about worked out. I love Dana she was sly and a wee bit gofy but so very sweet. Alice was lucky to have her love. thanks

I know your loyal readers (including me) will be waiting whenever you have a chance to post. On to the chapter… What a roller coaster. So many ups and downs. It can be so painful and so wonderful to go back over memories of a life together. Love all the touches with the stuffed animals and that Dana had both and still treasured them. Thank you so much for finding the time to get us an update. You rock, cougar!!

I second what MaGoose said. I also love the way you interweaved the past and present. I am looking forward to finding out why they broke up. This is really a wonderful story. Thank you very much.

    8. Yay, so glad you’re back! I love your stories and it’s nice to hear you’ll continue with them. Don’t push yourself, uoi have lots of people waiting for when you’re ready to post. I love this chapter, it’s great. I need to go back and reread your previous chapters for a refresher.
