Sunday with our girls is spent moving some of Tina’s belongings to their house. They don’t move any of the bigger items of furniture, just clothing and smaller things that fit in their cars. Tina is in no rush, as she still has three months left on her lease. Bette, on the other hand, can’t get things done fast enough.
“Baby, I’m here. Who cares where my furniture is?”
“I know that T. But the sooner we get all your things here, the more comfortable you’ll feel. And the more comfortable you feel, the more comfortable I’ll feel,” Bette tries to reason with her.
“Dammit Bette!” Tina says as she pushes her from where she is standing into a sitting position on the couch. Tina then flops down onto Bette’s lap and wraps her arms around Bette’s neck and kisses her. When she pulls back she says, “This feels pretty comfortable to me. How does it feel to you?”
“Smart ass,” as Bette leans in to kiss her again.
They spend the next few hours “getting comfortable” on the couch.
The next day Bette is at work handling all the last minute preparations for the field trip tomorrow by Tina’s class.
“Hey Bette. What are you working on so feverishly over there?” Shane approaches her.
“Hi Shane. Just going over things for the students tomorrow.”
“Haven’t you done that already? Like a hundred times?”
Bette gives her a look. “I just want everything to be perfect. Tina said the class is so excited. And I know she is too.”
“Bette, it will be fine. After ten years, I’ve got the copter thing down to a science. Tim is thrilled to be able to show off in the water at the training facility. And your live demonstration at the end will surely wow them all. Especially Tina. So relax ok?”
“I know Shane. But you know me, I have to have everything organized and on schedule.”
“Anything I can do to help?”
“No. But thanks for the offer. I think I have it all worked out.”
Shane is quiet for a minute. “Did you read about that surfer getting attacked by the shark?”

I most sincerely hope that the sharks find jodie and uses her for bait before she removes the shark repellant. Glad Tina’s parents are with her in case something does indeed happen and hopefully she won’t go to pieces with them there for her. Great update. Thanks for posting.
What the hell is Jodi up to, she is a pathetic waste of skin smh…and am I the only one wish I was there on the field trip too. Man!!lol
