I couldn’t help but finally feel happy for once. As much as she had hurt me, I really believed this time would be different. Just seeing her seemed to make everything better.
“Hey smiles,” Allie teased as I walked back into our dorm. “I’m guessing it went well?”
“Yeah.”
“So…?”
“So we’re back together I guess. But we’re taking it slow,” I explained.
“Right. Slow. I give it a week before you guys are disappearing into club bathrooms again,” she teased.
“Trust me, that’s not happening anytime soon. We didn’t even kiss tonight, besides on the cheek.”
“Well, I’m happy you guys are working things out.”
“Thanks,” I replied. “How are things with Ben?”
“Really good. We just… connect, you know? And we have a lot in common, too,” she said. A lot in common. My mind drifted back to Carly, and how we had a lot in common.
“Do you… do you think it’s bad that Ashley and I have basically nothing in common?” I asked.
“Bad? No. I mean, I guess it’s good to be able to share a few things. But you guys are kind of like opposites, and that works too. You fit together,” she decided.
“I guess you’re right.”
“I’m always right,” she joked.
I fell asleep easily that night since I was still exhausted from my flight. But I was awoken the next morning by my cell phone ringing.
“Hello?” I inquired sleepily.
“Hey, it’s me,” Ashley said. “Did I wake you up?”
“Sort of.”
“Oh… sorry.”
“It’s okay,” I replied. “I need to get up anyway.”
“So, um… I get off at 7 tonight, and I was wondering… can I, um… can I take you out for dinner?” she asked nervously. It was so cute to hear the normally-overconfident Ashley sound so unsure of herself.
“Sure,” I answered.
“Great! So I’ll, um, pick you up at 7:30? Is that okay?”
“Yup.”
“Cool, I’ll see you then.”
By the time 7:30 rolled around, I was waiting outside of my building. A cab pulled up a few moments later and she stepped out, looking gorgeous of course. I walked over and gave her a hug before entering the cab. She got in after me and gave the driver the address. We talked easily for the entire ride and when we finally got to the restaurant, I was feeling good about the way things were going with us.

Wow, that is abosolutely amazing. I am sooo in love with Ashley right now! And I love the fact that she is a millionaire and can do whatever the hell she wants! lol, I love your story. I hope to see you post more soon! P.S – I’m sure this has already been covered, but the public does know spencer is with ash right? I mean i know that kid at her school called her out, but…does like, everyonce else know and recognize spencer too??
awwwww, it made me cry. LOL loved it, but I can sense the drama coming with that girl that Spencer almost slept with, so Im enjoying this while I can . LOL Keep up the great work PMS

very….very…very very good, excellent, cant find a good enough word to describe it. It is so very cute! I like how they were all like…no kissing, but then after the amazing suprise, they were all…kissy. lol
And the Gonna’ Get Some Soon Award goes to (envelope please): Ashley Davies! That’s right Ashley! Go ‘head and get your woman! Nonetheless Kozmic, I’m not completely convinced that it’s time for me to emerge from my SON bunker. So, if you don’t mind, I’ll just peek out. High-5 for this fantastic chapter. Please post soon.
