Midwest Transfer – (Chapter: 13-Goodbye Song)
Madison was shocked. Jorey was leaving. She was really leaving and there was nothing that she could do to stop her. She thought that there would be time. That with time she could look past what Jorey had done and they could be together again. But she only had twenty-four hours. She didn’t tell Spencer, Ashley, or Jorey but she was going to be there tomorrow night. She was going to be in the front and she was going to listen to that one last song being sung. And she was going to take it all in for the last time. A single tear ran down her cheek when she thought about it all.
That night Ashley and Jorey practiced the song with the band that Ashley had assembled. It was coming together. And for the first time Ashley seemed to love the fact that she had a band backing her. Jorey loved how the song was starting to sound. It was like Ashley had read her mind when she wrote the music behind the lyrics. It was rock n’roll plain and simple. And tomorrow night it would sure enough rock the walls of Grey.
Friday had finally came. It was the last day for Jorey in California. Her flight for Indiana left at eleven o’clock that night. She had to turn in all of her books and clean out both her gym locker and her actual locker. Notes and homework no longer mattered. Her records would be transferred back to Indiana and she could get back into the swing of things.
She slept through most of her classes. All she really wanted to do today was perform at Grey and then get on the plane back home. Madison walked passed her earlier when she was cleaning out her locker. She seemed to fight back tears as she slowly walked by. Jorey wished that she could hold her and tell her that she loved her again. But Madison wasn’t one who forgave easily. Jorey knew that when she started dating her.
School ended. Madison went to practice and cut it short. She wanted to go home and try to find something nice to wear for tonight. She still loved Jorey. But how could she just look past what Jorey had done. And how could Jorey not tell her about it. She had kept it from her. As much as it pained Madison to not be with Jorey, somehow she felt that it was better this way.

i might have gotten a litle more emotional if this story was about spencer and ashely, but it seems the whole thing turned into a madison and jorey thing. i dunno if thats so much for great reading.

Smile_Sadly, the whole story did NOT turn in to Jorey and Madi. It would actually get boring if it did. This story was great and you just hate madi which is understandable. But heed spencers advice and FORGIVE :)
