“Are you and Ash going?”
“Yeah we are. Do you honestly think that Madison will let you hang with us?”
“Well, if she wants to keep my friendship then she had better at least consider it.” The bell rang for sixth period to be over, “Yay, gym class next. Ashley and Madison together in one class. This should be interesting.”
Spencer laughed at Jorey’s comment, “Tell Ash I said ‘hi’.”
“Alright I will. I’ll see you tonight.”
“Bye Jor.”
“Bye Spence.” And then Jorey was off to the locker room to change.
As she was standing there in her basketball shorts and her sports bra Madison came around the corner. At first Jorey wanted to cover herself up, that was one thing she didn’t quite understand. Then she just blew it off and stood there with her shirt off. Madison came up to her, “Can we talk?”
“Sure, what’s up?”
“Well, what are you doing with Aiden?”
Jorey finally put on her tank, “Nothing actually. I just met him today and wanted to hang out with him, that’s all.”
“I saw the way you looked at him.”
“Umm, okay. And why is that a big deal?”
“I…dunno. It just is to me, okay?”
“Alright, I promise you nothing will happen.”
Madison still seemed upset, “Okay, um…do you mind if I come over after I drop you off? I have to run home and pick up some stuff for tonight but is it cool if I get ready at your place?”
Jorey was a little surprised, “Sure.”
“Thanks Jor.”
“No problem Madison.”
As gym class progressed Jorey was playing a game of horse with Ashley, “So, are you gonna use the info I gave you?”
“I dunno Ash.”
“What do you mean you don’t know? That was quality information I gave you.”
“I know. Its just that I’ve gotten to know her a little more and I don’t…”
“You’re falling for her.”
“What?! No I’m not.”
Ashley smiled, “Honey, you may not realize it yet, but you are.”
“Whatever. I’m not.”
Ashley took a shot, “Are too.”

I’m really into this story…I love stories where Madison is an actual human being. Nobody can be as bitchy as she is without using it to cover something…please don’t turn Madison back into the queen bitch. I like her this way!!!! Keep it up!
