Marilyn:  Well, this kitchen is large enough to prepare food for a large dinner party, and yet you can fix meals for just a few people.  Oh, I love that granite on the counter tops. That pink and black swirl is just lovely.

Tina:  That was my pick for the remodel and Bette approved it.

Tina:  Let’s go on toward the master bedroom.

Tina: Now this hall come off the foyer hall.

Tina walked back to the foyer and showed them where they were. To the right was the staircase upstairs.  Then to the left was the living room. Straight ahead is the dining room and then to the left was a hall way which led to the kitchen, then the laundry room door on left side and on the right was the powder room and then a broom closet which held the brooms, mops, vacuum cleaner and sports equipment for the kids. They quickly looked around and moved on. Tina then led them to the Master bedroom. She led them to the master bath first. Helena, Dylan and Marilyn went in and look around.

Marilyn:  Very impressive Tina.  Very access friendly. Oh, and I like the size of this room.

Tina then showed the balcony and pointed out the fireplace which was not as large as the one in the living room, but really enhanced to coziness of the room.  Tina then showed the study which was a small room which contained built in book cases and a desk and chairs. Marilyn was enamored with this room.

Marilyn:  This is so lovely and so convenient.  I love this little study.  I can see this being a wonderful place to write letters or read or just get your thoughts together.

Tina:  We both have spent many hours in this room. When we had an opportunity to work from home, it was always from here. We spent a lot of family time in the living room and the children’s lounge.

Marilyn then was shown the step out balcony by Angie.  She smiled when she stepped out and saw that it over looked the cross street which was not quite as busy and had an occasional tree.

She stepped back in and Tina indicated that they should go upstairs to see the other bedrooms.  They walked up the stairs and went to the lounge first.  There was a bar with a small refrigerator, microwave and ice machine.  There were couches and bookcases and a large big screen television. It was a very comfortable room.
