City Of Angels Chapter 4: What goes around, comes around.

He sat down onto the bench where his gym bag was. Nothing could describe the feeling of frustration that was building up inside of him.

“Alright wait for me. We got to see Krash tonight.” He slammed his cell phone shut as he threw back inside the bag. He fought the pressure to scream out as he stood up. Deciding to take out this new found disdain that was brewing inside of him he headed towards the punching bags once more.

Just before he could continue to wail on the bag in front of him, the lights in the entire gym went out. He raised his head to the pitch black darkness and called out.

“Hey Leroy. The lights are out…Leroy can you hear me? I said the fucking lights are out!”

“No one can hear you scream Officer Roark.”

Nick whipped his head in the direction of the voice. He turned around continuously in attempt to find the person who spoke to him just now, yet the darkness kept him from being able to pinpoint an exact location.

“Who the hell are you?” the police officer yelled out in the darkness. He ignored the flicker of fear that came to him.

“I’m the ghost of Christmas past.” the mysterious voice let out followed by a small laugh. It echoed throughout the entire blackened gym. “You really don’t remember do you?”

Nick knew that the voice belonged to a female. That was for sure. His small amount of fear began to fade when he realized that it was a woman he was dealing with.

“Maybe you need some…visual aid.” In a flash the lights were turned back on. As soon as the lights illuminated the room Nick was startled at the person who was standing in front of him.

“Holy shit. You nearly gave me fucking heart attack.”

Nick thoroughly studied the female figure who was circling him like he was her prey. Then it suddenly hit him.

“I don’t believe it.” He said as he laughed to him self. There standing right in front of him was the woman that he thought died one year ago.

“Nice outfit honey.” Nick glanced up and down at the resurrected woman who kept a wicked grin on her face. “Not to sure about the face.” Nick gestured to Dana’s painted face.
