    The Porters versus The Kennards..

     

    “Really?” Alice exclaimed. “That’s good!” She clapped excitedly. Finally, a status that would compliment all the kissing and groping they witnessed the other night. “Hey.. aren’t you happy for Porter, Shane?” She frowned as she looked at the girl beside her and noticed the worry lines on her friend’s forehead.

     

    “I’m happy for them..” Shane softly whispered as she twirled her empty cup with her hands.

     

    “But?” Sam prodded. There has to be a ‘but’ somewhere in there.

     

    “But we really have to step up our plans now.” Shane looked at the two seriously. “How do you guys think Uncle Luc will react to the recent developments?” She lifted an eyebrow as her words hit the intended mark within her friends.

     

    “Pretty bad, I guess.” Sam swallowed hard as she finally realized the implications of Bette and Tina’s newly established coupledom. Melvin Porter would no doubt go all out against Tina now.

     

    “Shit.” Alice cursed under her breath. Not only did Melvin not approve of Kennard.. but he also got badly humiliated during Bette’s party by his own daughter. For sure he was going to make his move pretty soon. After all, he was a man of action and he was never known for procrastinating.

     

    Shane leaned closer to the table and whispered conspiratorially. “Phase One is in place. Coffee girl knows what to do, right?” She looked at Alice questioningly.

     

    “Yes.” Alice nodded her head in response. She had gone over the plan with Dana a couple of times the other day. “But I would call her again tonight to make sure.” She followed up as Shane turned to look at Sam.

     

    “Security?” Shane asked in a low voice.

     

    “Done deal.” Sam answered. “I’ve got people monitoring Tina’s apartment all day round. They’ll report to me as soon as something comes up.”

     

    “Good.” Shane smiled in approval. She pulled out her phone from inside her pocket and started dialing some numbers. “I’ll take care of Phase Two.” She whispered under her breath as she excused herself from the table and began making the necessary calls.

     

    F4′s ready.

     

    The next move is yours, Melvin Porter.

    3. Big jerk does not even begin to describe Porter Sr. bet he’s gonna try and get Tina expelled from school or Bette moved out of her class again…Hope Bette takes a major stand! PPS:)

    5. Loved what Bette did to get Alice & Shane back for spying.. Man, Bette’s dad is gonna make their lives hell-Probably get Tina kicked out of school & her dad loose his jobs!!!

    6. Melvin is about as classless as they come; he proves money can’t buy you just anything in the long run. I have a bad feeling that Bette’s little have Tina fail a test ploy is going to bite Tina by giving the headmistress a reason to expel her when it is demanded by Melvin. I hope F4 crew has a good plan!

    7. B&T is so funny and sweet, love them. Melvin is such a jerk, don’t like him, glad Tina’s dad is stan up to him, love Tina’s dad. Please post more, thanks!

    8. I haven’t been able to comment as much, so I just wanted to say that I’ve loved your past few posts–they were so sweet and funny! So, I hate Bette’s dad, love Tina’s dad and love what Mr. Kennard did to Mr. Porter. I fear what Melvin’s wrath could do to Tina and her dad, but I have faith in Bette and F4 and ASS (haha) to keep them safe. Oh, and I think you should set up some type of timer thing so that a story is posted every two hours or so–that’d be great so if you could start working on that I’d appreciate it! :)

    10. I’m surprised Ken didn’t deck Melvin instead of just pouring coffee over him. Thank goodness Bette’s friends are looking out for her and Tina, cos this could get nasty… thanks for the chapter!
