“Whu-what?” Bette stopped what she was doing and looked at her.
“She say she sick a people intah-fee-ing wif-th huh puhsonal life and she going to teach us.”
“I-I can’t believe that.” Bette looked at Theresa. “Do you hear this?”
Theresa didn’t answer, so lost in thought.
“Ah toh-ld huh thah she wah intah-fee-ing wif-th us. She say too bad. I toh-ld huh they-ah is nothin’ wrrrong wif-th me and she cou’ do nothin’.”
“She said. . .Beh-ette, she said, ‘wah-uch whah Ah cahn do. Ah cahn do whuhevah Ah wahnt.”
“No she didn’t.” Bette was incredulous.
“Yeah-ah. Then she call po-l-l-, call cops. And she lie ‘bout whuh she supposed to do.”
“Oh, I know she did that. Don’t worry about her, Tina. I’m taking care of her first thing Monday morning.”
“Ah do ‘ent wahnt huh back hee-ah.”
“She won’t be, baby. I’m going to take care of it,” Bette was definite in her promise to deal with Heather Nicastro.
Bette laid out the food that Kit packed up for them. Her sister had created a mini-feast to celebrate Tina’s first day out and about in the small world of Los Angeles. In a small box, Bette found beef carpaccio with shaved parmesan cheese—a favorite of Tina’s. For entrées, Kit had included a dish that Bette ordered frequently, Grilled chicken with goat cheese, hot chiles, and white wine garlic sauce. And Tina had a box that contained, a lamb shank seasoned with star anise, garlic, and coriander. The lamb shank had been sliced with a razor sharp knife to make it easier for Tina to eat. The lamb was still on the bone so the person who had sliced it had done an excellent job of reshaping it to look uncut. They both had roasted asparagus. She emptied all of the food onto the nice white plates she had brought from home.
Kit had also included dinner for Theresa, but Theresa had left her food at home. She didn’t think she could stomach a rich meal from The Planet. She hadn’t been able to keep food down all day. She was a nervous wreck and her frayed nerves became worse when she learned from Bette that Stephanie had more than likely returned to North Carolina temporarily. She had no idea what Stephanie was up to. Bette didn’t know if it was the best move and asked Theresa to talk it over with Tina, but Theresa had said no–it didn’t matter what anyone thought, she knew talking to Henry McPherson about Stephanie was the right thing to do.

I’m really pleased to see a new chapter so soon. Excellent plan by Shane and Carmen to get Al and Dana back together. I have a good feeling that it’ll work. Dylan and Hels, what can I say? They’re hot. I dunno how they’re going to get rid of Danny completely, but I’d think besting him would be easy, because he’s a complete idiot. Can’t the Peabody billions just hire a couple of thugs to muscle his sorry behind out of LA? Bette and Tina: Eureka! I think Porter’s got it! I cannot *wait* for Nicastro, Colley, Marcos and any other hatahs to get put in their place. And last but not least, you actually made me like Henry. Maybe it’s Christmas cheer, maybe it’s that you gave him a heart. Either way, I’m very glad you posted, great chapter, and dare I ask that you post again soon? Why yes. Yes, I do. Shane covered her mouth with her hand to keep from laughing. When she was six or seven, she thought that the words lavatory and laboratory were the same words. Her father had caught her with a glass Pyrex dish and a steak knife in the bathroom on her knees, pulling her poop out of the toilet to begin some experiments in her laboratory. She recalled that her dad threw away the baking dish. – LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!! Nicastro has got to GO! At least Bette got the ok from Henry to see Tina and that Bette is working on a plan. Helena and Dylan was freakin’ HOT!!!!!!!

The day seemed to end too perfect for B&T what drama do you have planned next? I just want Tina to get better and get up out of that hospital real soon. Stephanie is going to get the help she needs in jail if she keep taking that man’s money. Thank you for another wonderful chapter.
What a brilliant chapter. I’m glad that Bette didn’t end up in the slammer! I can’t believe that Whit wouldn’t have thought of the new Power of Attorney if that was plausable…I’m not seeing that as a viable option,,,get to the retreat, Bette!
