Henry and Mikey were walking around the small but well-maintained garden. Henry pointed out different types of plants to his son and asked him questions about them which Mikey energetically answered. Theresa sat at the table with Bette and Tina watching the man and boy.
“Are you going to talk to him?”
“Yeah, I’m just tryin’ to work up the guts, ya know?”
“Whuh, mom?”
“I have to talk to him about Stephanie.”
“Ah doe-‘ent think tha’ goo’ thing to do. Steph’nie shou’ tell him.”
“No, she never will. I have to.” Theresa stood and took a deep breath. She lowered her head in some kind of prayer, Bette guessed, then she looked up. “I’ll just play it by ear. I’ll just go on over there and talk to ‘im and if it’s the right time, I’ll bring it up.”
Bette nodded.
Tina rocked Angelica’s travel seat and the baby tried to smile. “Loo’ Beh-ette. An-geh-ica like this.”
Bette stared at mother and daughter. “Yeah, she’s loving it.”
She finished plating the food and placed the dish on the table beside her. The beef carpaccio was between them as was a mini loaf of Italian bread. Tina stepped over the bench to next to Bette on one side and Angelica who was on the table on the other.
Bette turned to the outside of the table and slid the corkscrew into the bottle.
“Uh-uh-uh,” she heard Henry’s voice.
“What?” She looked up just as Theresa was approaching him.
“No alcohol for Tina. She’s going on Clonazepam tonight.”
“Whuh is thah-t?”
“It’s all right. It’s non-alcoholic, Henry.” She looked at Tina. “Lucky us–Kit packed up non-alcoholic wine. Clonazepam is the new anti-seizure medication. You had such a reaction to the other that Dr. Mc. . .Henry thought we could try this one. It’s strong, but. . .” Bette popped the cork on the bottle.
“Beh-ette. I do ‘ent wah-ent to have drrrreams. I do ‘ent wah-ent to take it.”
Bette put the bottle on the table and turned to face her. Bette’s elbow was on the table and she propped her cheek on her fist. “Baby, we don’t want you to have seizures. They have to do this just for a little while. Probably less than a week, but these will help. Before you sleep, think about what you know is real—your friends, your Mom, me, Angelica.”

I’m really pleased to see a new chapter so soon. Excellent plan by Shane and Carmen to get Al and Dana back together. I have a good feeling that it’ll work. Dylan and Hels, what can I say? They’re hot. I dunno how they’re going to get rid of Danny completely, but I’d think besting him would be easy, because he’s a complete idiot. Can’t the Peabody billions just hire a couple of thugs to muscle his sorry behind out of LA? Bette and Tina: Eureka! I think Porter’s got it! I cannot *wait* for Nicastro, Colley, Marcos and any other hatahs to get put in their place. And last but not least, you actually made me like Henry. Maybe it’s Christmas cheer, maybe it’s that you gave him a heart. Either way, I’m very glad you posted, great chapter, and dare I ask that you post again soon? Why yes. Yes, I do. Shane covered her mouth with her hand to keep from laughing. When she was six or seven, she thought that the words lavatory and laboratory were the same words. Her father had caught her with a glass Pyrex dish and a steak knife in the bathroom on her knees, pulling her poop out of the toilet to begin some experiments in her laboratory. She recalled that her dad threw away the baking dish. – LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!! Nicastro has got to GO! At least Bette got the ok from Henry to see Tina and that Bette is working on a plan. Helena and Dylan was freakin’ HOT!!!!!!!

The day seemed to end too perfect for B&T what drama do you have planned next? I just want Tina to get better and get up out of that hospital real soon. Stephanie is going to get the help she needs in jail if she keep taking that man’s money. Thank you for another wonderful chapter.
What a brilliant chapter. I’m glad that Bette didn’t end up in the slammer! I can’t believe that Whit wouldn’t have thought of the new Power of Attorney if that was plausable…I’m not seeing that as a viable option,,,get to the retreat, Bette!
