“No, I dropped her off at. . . .” He paused, corrected himself with a lie. “She had an appointment. I. . .uh. . .I left her. . . .” Lying didn’t come naturally for him. “There’s a lot of traffic. I have to sign off. You’ll see me later. I want my son, Mikey to meet Tina. . .and you, of course. Why don’t I call you when I get to the Center? You’re about ten minutes away, so once I’m there, come on over.”
“I want to have dinner with Tina.”
“I’ll get there as quickly as I can.”
“Thank you, Dr. McPherson.”
“Bette, please call me Henry. We’ve known each other long enough for that. Oh, and before I hang up, I-I want you to know that the other day in court, I thought I was doing the right thing as Tina’s doctor. I believe that you’re the best person to be her Medical Power of Attorney, it’s just that I. . .” he tried to find the words that didn’t make him sound like an arrogant prig. “I know that I’m the best doctor for her and when you pulled me from her case. . . I suppose I felt unreasonably attacked and went on the defense. I apologize if my testimony caused you any harm.”
“It would speak volumes if you’d send Judge Marcos a letter to that affect.”
“Done. Okay. Gotta run. Traffic down here is insane. I have to pay attention to the signs.”
McPherson’s end went dead and Bette pressed ‘end.’ Interesting, she thought. The only reason anybody from north of Marina del Rey is on Century Boulevard is to go to LAX. Henry and Stephanie left together. He was about to say that he had dropped her off. She was gone. Finally, that bitch was gone. Then Bette realized, she’s coming back. She won’t stay away from McPherson.

6:45pm
Shane was in the billiards room where she was playing a round of pool with a woman who was so drunk that her cue stick would slide across the felt of the table and never make contact with the ball. Shane leaned on her cue stick and laughed at the woman, then gave up. She put her stick back on the rack, looked at the woman and shook her head. She left that room and moved through the house to find Carmen whom she believed was in the staging area, going through her albums and creating her playlist for the evening. Shane was on the stairs when her phone rang.

I’m really pleased to see a new chapter so soon. Excellent plan by Shane and Carmen to get Al and Dana back together. I have a good feeling that it’ll work. Dylan and Hels, what can I say? They’re hot. I dunno how they’re going to get rid of Danny completely, but I’d think besting him would be easy, because he’s a complete idiot. Can’t the Peabody billions just hire a couple of thugs to muscle his sorry behind out of LA? Bette and Tina: Eureka! I think Porter’s got it! I cannot *wait* for Nicastro, Colley, Marcos and any other hatahs to get put in their place. And last but not least, you actually made me like Henry. Maybe it’s Christmas cheer, maybe it’s that you gave him a heart. Either way, I’m very glad you posted, great chapter, and dare I ask that you post again soon? Why yes. Yes, I do. Shane covered her mouth with her hand to keep from laughing. When she was six or seven, she thought that the words lavatory and laboratory were the same words. Her father had caught her with a glass Pyrex dish and a steak knife in the bathroom on her knees, pulling her poop out of the toilet to begin some experiments in her laboratory. She recalled that her dad threw away the baking dish. – LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!! Nicastro has got to GO! At least Bette got the ok from Henry to see Tina and that Bette is working on a plan. Helena and Dylan was freakin’ HOT!!!!!!!

The day seemed to end too perfect for B&T what drama do you have planned next? I just want Tina to get better and get up out of that hospital real soon. Stephanie is going to get the help she needs in jail if she keep taking that man’s money. Thank you for another wonderful chapter.
