“What did she say?”
“She just said that Dana broke up with her again. That’s all I know. I don’t think she should be alone.”
“No, no she shouldn’t.” Carmen looked at Shane, then said, “Hey, why don’t you go get her and bring her back up here? She’ll love all the freaky shit goin’ on and maybe it’ll take her mind off of Dana.”
“I don’t think anything will do that, but I’ll ask her if she wants to come up. You start at 10, right?”
“Yeah, but Shane, don’t be gone that long. Come back up soon with Alice.”
“I’ll definitely be back, but I need to play it by ear for now.”
Carmen nodded. She kissed Shane on the lips. “Tell her I’m sorry, okay?”
“Yeah, I will.”

7:00pm
Dylan was back in her apartment in the room she had set aside for editing her film. Her eyes were glued to the monitor as she watched the video, punched in a few commands, then dragged video from one location to another. She rewound what she had done and watched, nodding her head in approval, before moving to the next edit. She heard the door slam and was certain Danny was in a mood. Looking at the clock, she saw that it was a few minutes after seven. She was ready to face the music.
Dylan saved the changes to her film in three different places—on two locations on her Mac and on her shock-proof Plexor portable hard drive she had connected to her computer. She was at a point where she didn’t trust Danny as far as she could throw him, so all of her work was saved in multiple locations and everything was password-protected. His bitterness had stretched far beyond Helena Peabody and the community who had yet to validate his work as an important documentarian. His wrath had been turning her way day after day after day. It was more than evident that she truly had to escape him before things truly escalated. Danny was right when he said that he had helped Dylan in her early years as a novice filmmaker. She’d be eternally grateful for that, but he acted like she owed him something. This crazy scheme of his to blackmail Helena, she had thought would be her ticket away from him as well. Things were so different now. How could she have guessed that she’d fall in love with her? How was she to know that making love with her would have been a fun and exciting occurrence and something that bordered on spiritual enlightenment? God, she couldn’t stop thinking about her. Earlier in the day, while she was still at Helena’s, her finger had touched the number four button on the intercom a good fifteen times before she had actually pressed it and summoned Boden to drive her back down to Figueroa. Dylan had wanted to crawl under Helena’s expensive sheets and stay there all afternoon and wait for her to come home to feel her body against hers again. Blackmail, ripping her off—nothing she was interested in doing now. What she wanted was to breathe her in, take her in, dive inside her tonight, tomorrow, until Helena tired of her. Dylan couldn’t imagine saying no to her or telling her she didn’t want to be near her. She would stay close as long as Helena would have her.

I’m really pleased to see a new chapter so soon. Excellent plan by Shane and Carmen to get Al and Dana back together. I have a good feeling that it’ll work. Dylan and Hels, what can I say? They’re hot. I dunno how they’re going to get rid of Danny completely, but I’d think besting him would be easy, because he’s a complete idiot. Can’t the Peabody billions just hire a couple of thugs to muscle his sorry behind out of LA? Bette and Tina: Eureka! I think Porter’s got it! I cannot *wait* for Nicastro, Colley, Marcos and any other hatahs to get put in their place. And last but not least, you actually made me like Henry. Maybe it’s Christmas cheer, maybe it’s that you gave him a heart. Either way, I’m very glad you posted, great chapter, and dare I ask that you post again soon? Why yes. Yes, I do. Shane covered her mouth with her hand to keep from laughing. When she was six or seven, she thought that the words lavatory and laboratory were the same words. Her father had caught her with a glass Pyrex dish and a steak knife in the bathroom on her knees, pulling her poop out of the toilet to begin some experiments in her laboratory. She recalled that her dad threw away the baking dish. – LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!! Nicastro has got to GO! At least Bette got the ok from Henry to see Tina and that Bette is working on a plan. Helena and Dylan was freakin’ HOT!!!!!!!

The day seemed to end too perfect for B&T what drama do you have planned next? I just want Tina to get better and get up out of that hospital real soon. Stephanie is going to get the help she needs in jail if she keep taking that man’s money. Thank you for another wonderful chapter.
