    Dana does something un-Dana-like – Peggy Peabody makes a date – Shane finds a new home – Shane tells Dana about a secret – Bette breaks things off with Candace – Tina talks to her mom – Alice finally breaks down some of Quin’s walls – Cassandra and Tina get closer

                “Blunt much?”  Tina asked and Cass laughed not what Tina had expected.  Cassandra never got angry nothing threw her
    for a loop.  She just let it roll of her
    back and she’d come out grinning.

                “Yes.  I think the truth is priceless.”  Tina snorted and Cass got up taking the dishes away and coming back with
    two small Cesar Salads, and     Tina     moaned softly.  Her favorite how had she known?  They’d eaten a salad at a small diner and Tina‘s mention that she loved a good Cesar
    Salad, and Cassandra had remembered.

                “Dear lord I won’t be able to
    walk out of here tonight.”  Tina     giggled and Cass said in a very innuendo laden voice.



                “That is the plan.”  An impish grin on her face and Tina blushed, the heat in her belly telling
    her that this was flirting, and she was enjoying every single moment of it.  She pushed the last image of     Bette     out of her head, the image of her
    standing stoically in their bedroom when she’d left.

                “Oh is it?  Good.  I
    told mom I’d be out late.”  Tina said,
    feeling like a teenager and loving it, the freedom and the exploration.

                “I told her you were spending
    the night, so there.”  Cassandra turned
    and stuck out her tongue and Tina     laughed at her.  “I got some movies, and we are going to relax
    after this feast.”  Cassandra informed
    her, pushing a strand of strawberry blonde hair from her eyes.      Tina     laughed, her mother having known that she’d be gone
    all night, what a brat her mother could be.

                “Oh, goodie.”  Tina said with a laugh, not even thinking of Bette anymore, who more than likely, wasn’t
    thinking about her at all either.

                An hour later, after some salt
    and pepper squid, laid on a bed of perfect jasmine rice, garnished with sweet chili
    dipping sauce; a simple pasta that Tina     was drooling over, with cherry tomatoes, garlic,
    olives and a faint hint of rosemary,     Tina     declared she was full.  She literally undid the top button of her
    jeans and leaned back, not able to move.

                “I can’t any more, I just
    can’t!”  Cass     laughed, she got up, and took the plate away.  Cass bent down, kissing Tina on the lips, as if it weren’t the first
    time, or the last.      Tina     kissed her back, smiling and patting her
    belly, and then it hit her what had just happened.  She’d just kissed     Cass    , there was no build up, not any mystery, it had just
    happened.

    3. Tina w/ Cassandra, Bette w/ Candace excellent pairings. Tina & Bette seem to function better w/ other people. I may be one of the few people who liked the character of Candace. I would like to see where you take this couple. Poor Shane hope she sends Steve’s ass to jail. Guess Cherie hasn’t visited (if she’s still alive), not surprised she was all about self.

    4. OH what a nice way to wipe the day out of my mind, I see I have a lot of JM reading to catch up on. OK and bette smells like wood LMAO!!! that was fucking hilarious. Alrighty off to read your other story.

    5. I feel so sad about Shane!!! She could talk to Bette and showed her that she made a big mistake!! I’d like Tina does not cheat Bette before she find out her infidelity. And I still want Bette feels a lot of guilty and pain!!!Nice post!!!
