    The ones where Tina tells Bette and Angie the truth

     

    “Yeah – I have two mommies “

     

    “And we love you – you know that ?” Tina said

     

    “Yes – and I love my two mommies “

     

    Tina dried her eyes and stroked Bette and Angie’s curly dark hair

     

    “You two are so alike its scary “

     

    “Is that scary good ? “ Angie asked to Bette

     

    “Momma means it in a good way “ Bette reassured her daughter

     

    “Good “ Angie was beaming at her two mother’s “What’s for dinner ? I’m really hungry”

     

    “We are having chicken and vegetables “

     

    “Great “ Angie turned and looked at the TV. It was obvious that she had moved on now that she had accepted the news that Bette was her second mother. Bette was looking at Tina

     

    “You okay ? “ Tina asked

     

    Bette nodded “Its amazing – after everything “

     

    “We’ll talk tonight “ Tina said “Is there anything on telly Angie ?”

     

    Angie took the remote and started channel hoping – Bette smiled and pulled Tina close and kissed her

     

    “Thank you “ she whispered

     

    “Its what was right to do “ Tina said

     

    Bette looked deep into Tina’s deep hazel eyes – nothing had prepared her for how wonderful a feeling this was.

     

    “What have you decided on Angie ?”

     

    “What film is this ?” Angie said “Its not in colour “

     

    Tina looked and smiled

     

    “This is the perfect Christmas film – I think it might be a little old for you at the moment darling – its called “it’s a wonderful life “

     

    Bette smiled “ And at the moment that movie title sums up how I feel about my family”

     

    Bette kissed both her girls and took the remote from Angie and found a channel showing Toy

    Story

     

    “Great – this is one of my favourites “

     

    “Good – we’ll watch it “ Bette put the remote down and Angie took it and turned the volume up

     

    “Turn it down Angie “ Bette said

     

    Angie obeyed and looked at Bette who was sitting with her arm around Tina’s shoulder

It shows the forgiveness that has to exist between to people that have been in turmoil and then decide enough is enough, and let their love shine through. I am so happy for Angie and Bette, they do so deserve to be known as mother and daughter. Wonderful chapter. Thanks for posting.

    16. Can’t stop re reading it. I have been waiting for this for so long. Now It makes me emotional. So well written, so full of love, I was crying with them too lol. incredible. I can’t say this is my favorite as all your stories are. But this story came at a point where I couldn’t stop myself missing it. You know what I think anyway but your stories are so full of HOPE and positivity that they make me belive in me and people. Thank you my hero. PPVS
