    The ones where Tina tells Bette and Angie the truth

     

    Angie hugged and kissed Tina – after a few minutes she looked at Bette

     

    “You are my mommy too “

     

    Bette had picked the birth certificate up and was staring at it in amazement – Tina had really loved her enough to want – even after all the shit she had inflicted on her – even after all of that – Tina had still wanted her to be publicly known as Angie’s other mother. Tina reached out and touched Bette’s hand

     

    “I just didn’t know how to tell both of you – I want us to be a family and you have to know that Angie is your daughter “

     

    “I love you “ Bette said through her tears

     

    “I love you – I love both of you “

     

    Angie was looking between the two women

     

    “Are you okay with this darling ? I don’t want you to be cross with me – I really was doing it for the right reasons “ Tina said

     

    “I think it’s the best Christmas present ever “ she declared “ Does that mean that I can call you mommy as well “

     

    “You can call me anything “

     

    “Calling us both mommy might get confusing “ Tina smiled

     

    “I think you are mommy and you are momma B “

     

    “I don’t mind “ Bette was crying – the only one who seemed to be taking the situation in her stride was Angie who moved across and hugged Bette who cried even more as she hugged her daughter – her real and true daughter.

     

    “This is so cool – two mommy’s – wow “

     

    Bette looked across at Tina who was crying just as hard as Bette.

     

    “Want a hug mommy T ? “ Bette asked

     

    “I think I need one “

     

    Tina moved across and took hold of both of her girls – the two women who she loved without reason or explanation or end. Bette looked at her through her tears

     

    “This is the best present “

     

    “I have been looking to find how to tell you both “

     

    “Are you okay Angie ?”

It shows the forgiveness that has to exist between to people that have been in turmoil and then decide enough is enough, and let their love shine through.     16. Can’t stop re reading it. I have been waiting for this for so long. Now It makes me emotional. So well written, so full of love, I was crying with them too lol. incredible. I can’t say this is my favorite as all your stories are. But this story came at a point where I couldn’t stop myself missing it.
