Out of Closet (B&T time-travel romance), Ch. 50, Pt. 1
David looked really handsome in his black coat, a white shirt with a high collar and a dark-gray vest. I think they compliment each other so well as if they were meant for each other.
I cried in church during the ceremony because it was so beautiful, heavenly, divine. I wonder if I feel the same at my own wedding…if I ever have one. I want to have one, I want to look pure and beautiful in a white dress but there’s a slight problem that stands on the way of this perfection – Christina…because without Christina nothing is perfect.
I thought that nothing, absolutely nothing could make this day to be better. As usual, I was wrong. And again Christina was the reason for that because SHE kissed me…she KISSED me…she kissed ME…SHE KISSED ME…and I can’t even tell anyone and had to confide my feelings to my diary…”
“Wow, babe,” Tina said, feeling a twinge of jealousy finding its way to her heart again, “You’re certainly seemed so very excited on that day.”
“T…have you ever wanted something so bad but you were sure that you’re never going to get it? And all you could do was to dream about it and then suddenly it happened…have you ever experienced that?”
“Yes, I have…” Tina replied, trying to hide that she felt a little hurt, “I used to look at your miniature, longing for your touch or a kiss…knowing that it would never happen. For all I knew, you were dead 120 years before I was even born. And then one day you came out of the closet and everything had changed.”
They both smiled at each other, remembering the day they’d met.
Bette pulled Tina into a hug and whispered, “The second time I felt the way I described in my diary was when we finally made love. Only it was more powerful this time, so powerful that I wanted to shout as loud as I could to let the whole world know, ‘I’m in love with Tina Kennard, the most beautiful and adorable woman I’ve ever known’…and believe me, I would do it if you wouldn’t put me into a temporary blissful coma.”
Tina chuckled softly and embraced Bette even tighter, “I love your so much, Bette.”
“I know, baby…believe me, I know. Shall we continue?”

Do do do post soon, for that matter as often as you can. Because this story is amazing, and I love wondering where this is gonna go, glad that Bette is helping to assuage Tina’s fears!! Thanks and once again, PPVVVVVVS! =))
What a sweet chapter! I could picture Tina and Bette out on the patio during both conversations, and your dialogue was perfect. I liked that Bette had Tina reading to her rather than the other way around. You’re getting so good at this that pretty soon we will have to pay to read your writing! :-) Thanks!
