    Part 1 – Tina and the kiss…

     

    Away from our lives together

     

    Away from ‘us’…

     

    …

     

    I felt her fingers envelop my wrist, and felt how my resistance, the strength I needed to walk away, nearly broke… Her touch, evoking shivers that were deeper than I could have ever anticipated… She pulled me towards her, in what I thought would be a hug and in that one split second I felt everything inside of me object… I wanted to kick and scream, be left alone, to feel the pain I had inflicted on myself, to face myself again, to face what I had let slip away.

     

    The words of protest however, never exited my mouth, for she slid her hand in the crook of my neck, as she had done so many times before…

     

    I knew it was about to happen, at the exact same moment it did… My heart jumped up, and settled, easily, in the pace hers set.

     

    We melted together…

     

    Her fingertips merging with my skin…

     

    Her body fusing against me…

     

    Her lips, carefully, grazing mine…

     

    Time was inaccessible, not measured in seconds, but in heartbeats, and she deepened the kiss, even before I could fully realize what happened… The tip of her tongue seeking an access I, willingly, granted

     

    My eyes shot open, and closed again… My fingers, weak in astonishment, jerked, before they instinctively, found their way to her skin, her neck, her hair… Entangling in those soft, dark curls I had stroked in so many occasion… Their texture as velvet against my fingertips… Pulling her closer… Closer… always closer…

     

    The world… My world… That had just come to an end, slowly started to revolve around its axis again…

     

    The axis that was her…

     

    A blur surrounded me, making it impossible for me to think, as I felt the softness of her tongue against mine, tasted the sweetness I thought I would never taste again… So familiar and yet so new, I kissed her back with all I held inside of me, with all that was me…

     

    I felt my hands seeking, wanting to touch all of her, in that one short moment in time I was allowed… My heart was beating, in such velocity and strength that I felt my body tremble in the resonance of it, a resonance that seemed reinforced by her…

    2. I cried when I watched them on screen but now reading you have Me sobbing! I am one of those that has now watched that scene over 20xs and I am awestruck at how much more you read in it, just from Tina’s pov. Awesome!
