The Gathering 01.91 – Little Known Fact pt 6

“We are going to have some major ground rules.”   Tina stated getting up and grabbing a piece of paper.  “One no weekends.  Ok, one a month because I work one a month.  You are home by 7pm, EVERY night, no excuses, no explanations, 7pm.  No running off to New York without a moments notice, at least a days grace for trips.  If Peggy can put this down on paper, take the job, otherwise we are going to head right BACK to where we were, and I don’t ever want to be there again.”  Bette blinked, taking the paper and hoping that Peggy would go for this.

“You want this in the contract?”  Tina nodded severely and Bette took a deep breath.  “But Tina…”  Tina put her hand up, trying to stop the smile from escaping.

                “No!  No Buts!”

“Unless it’s yours?”  Bette offered and Tina kissed her, letting her tongue caress Bette‘s lower lip.  A soft moan escaped from Bette.

“One more thing.”  Tina said; taking the paper and scribbling something quickly.  Bette took the paper and closed her eyes, seeing that Tina was making a joke.

“No carpenters.”  Bette read and Tina finally burst out laughing as Bette slapped her arm playfully with the oven mitt.

                “Imp!”  Bette shot at Tina.

“You love it.”  Tina volleyed back.

“I love you Tina.”  Bette stated with a song in her voice.

“I love you to Porter, now where is my food?”

Jenny pulled the door open and Aiden was standing there with a single rose, how sweet thought Jenny.  She took it from him with a gracious grin.

“Want a drink before we go out?”  Jenny asked, waving him into the house; and he nodded yes.  Looking around the small modest home.

“What might the gentleman be having?”  He smiled, watching as her lean body walked to the small bar.

“You?”  He laughed and then waved the comment away; “Sorry, you look great in that outfit, please excuse my other head, it speaks before thinking.”  Jenny put the glass down; and walked to him, she pulled the shirt over her head and he stood stunned.
