The Mythical Season 3.5 – “Episode 4: April Fools”

    Kit: I’ll be fine, Angus…

    Angus: You sure?

    Kit: Yes.

Angus: Alright…but if you feel anything wrong or need to see a doctor, just let me know and I’m there.

Kit: I’m gonna call Bette and Tina’s doctor and schedule an appointment to see what’s goin’ on down here.

Kit motions to her belly.  The worry of being pregnant is evident,
but she smiles through it as the last thing she wants is for her
boyfriend to worry too much as well.  They kiss each other on the
lips and Kit gets in her car.  She pulls out of the driveway and
Angus watches on.  Angus walks back into his apartment and decides
that today, he’s just going to kick back and relax.  If he’s
needed to babysit Angelica, he’ll be there.  For the moment
however, it’s all about relaxation for once.

People begin to get back to their normal lives, but that’s not true for
everyone.  Helena Peabody has spent the morning making phone call
after phone call, explaining to hired hands that she’s leaving her home
and selling it.  More calls are made and soon the World shall know
that Helena’s dream home is up for sale.  She’s decided to have
many of her items moved to a storage unit to be out of the way.
Items she’s just not ready to part with yet, but realizes she won’t
have any room for at Shane & Jenny’s.  The rest of her
belongings are packed and stuffed into her car, with all room taken up
except for the driver’s seat.  She admires the effenciency of
having such a sizable home being emptied out so quickly, but the
admiration leads to sorrow, knowing that she’s going into a great
    unknown now.

Sitting in her bed is Carmen.  She’s back in the Morales family
home in her old bedroom.  With herself and her life feeling
ruined, she ponders her next move.  That next move involves her
DJ’ing gig at the Planet.  She’s loved working there and she’s
loved working for Kit.  Carmen however just can’t see herself
being there anymore, knowing it’s where Shane will probably be.
Right now, that’s the last person she wants to see.  She doesn’t
have it in her to just quit over the phone to Kit, so she knows she’ll
have to face the music one way or the other.  She just hopes Shane
isn’t there when it happens.  Carmen looks up, but not at the
ceiling.  She looks beyond that into the Heavens.  She
wonders to herself what of God would let something so messed up to
happen in the first place.  Why so much hope just to lead to so
much sorrow?  Carmen looks down and closes her eyes, feeling like
a fool.  She takes a deep breath…and exhales.  A tear
falls, but almost immediately dries up at her cheek.

Life is full of surprises sometimes.  Some pleasant.  Some
not so pleasant.  It’s time to start anew.  It’s time to go
to The Planet.  Bette and Tina take Angelica with them.
Shane eventually awakens and prepares to make her way there as well,
while Max isn’t feeling too inspired to do anything.  Alice
awakens and notices that Lara’s already gone.  She figures she
might as well go hang out at The Planet, too just to see if anyone else
    shows up.

Carmen leaves for The Planet.  How things will be once everyone meets up is anybody’s guess.

    1. OMG…the drama!!! I love it, it sounds like they are all going to have a lot of talking to do and how is Shane going to face poor Carmencita? Oh my, not cool….Oh, I can’t wait. Thanx, post soon. Cheers!!!

    2. I wonder if anyone will stop Carmen from killing Shane. Just hope that all the gang can get together. Helena is going into uncharter water. thanks

    3. Yes, this story is happy and sad at the same time. As a Tibette fan I love that these two are in the process of healing their broken family. I am excited to see Alice and Lara helping each other out with the death of Dana. Even if these ladies do not form a girlfriend relationship they do have a great friendship to fall back into. Shane needs to come to some sort of terms as to why she left Carmen at the alter. I hope that they can also start over. As for Helena, she always bothered me in that she tried to take Tina away from Bette. Now, I see her in a different light. All she wanted was for someone to love her and care for her. She may have found that but not as a lover but as good friend to Jenny, Shane, Kit, Lara, Alice and of course even Bette and Tina. I hope that you will continue with this storyline.
