“Oh, I guess I get that… I just it didn’t take you so long.  And I know I could have come to you, but I didn’t even remember we kissed until Ky told me, then I couldn’t stop thinking about it, but everything was fuzzy.”  I said slightly disappointed it took Ash so long to come around.

“I know, and I’m really sorry.  I’ll do everything to make it up to you.  And trust me, those kisses we just had were ten hundred times better than the other kiss, I mean, not that our first kiss was bad, just not perfect like these.”  Her eyes told me she was really sorry for how she acted, and I’m pretty sure the kisses I had today with Ashley turned me on more than anything else in my life.

Ashley slowly leaned forward and pulled me into another soft, sensual kiss.  “I agree.  You’re an amazing kisser…and I’m totally counting today as the first time we kissed because, well, I’m sober and not shit-faced.” Yup, I have a way with words.

“Haha, okay.  Deal.  So do you just want to watch a movie or something because we haven’t hung out in forever??” Ashley asked me as she adjusted herself to go under my covers on the bed. 

“Well…I would love to, but first I’m going to suggest I take a shower because I did just go on one long ass run.”  I said smiling and getting up myself.

“Aww, but I think you look so cute right now!  Well, the more I think about it you should probably shower and I’ll put these flowers in some water for you.” 

“Okay, I’ll be out in fifteen.”  Ashley just looked at me like I had two heads…

“What?”

“Fifteen minutes… Spencer for the past four years I’ve known you I don’t think you’ve ever taken a twenty minute shower, let alone fifteen… I’m guessing you won’t be out for like 45 minutes, which is cool because that gives me enough time to get a movie from home because all your movies are horrible.”  She said laughing and walking out of my room so I could shower. 

An hour later……………..

“Hey, you finally done in there?!?”  Ash is lightly knocking at the door, so I just open it without thinking, “Yeah, I actually am.  Was I really that long, because I was trying to hurry.”
