“SPENCER, what the hell?!  You’re not wearing any clothes… you can’t do that to me or I’ll need to take a long shower, one very cold shower.”  She just closes her eyes hands me a pair of shorts and one of her favorite old, torn up t-shirts from her dad’s band.  I smile when I notice she changed too into some rather small shorts, which are basically glorified underwear, but was still wearing her other favorite band tee.  She must have showered because her hair was now down in curls instead of the bun she had earlier. 

“Sorry,” I said grabbing the clothes she was still holding with her arm fully extended with about two feet of space between us, and I closed the distance and while whispering in her ear, “But the whole cold shower thing was the exact opposite of what took me so long…”  With that I just closed the bathroom door and proceeded to change into Ash’s clothes…I just loved her smell. 

When I came back into my bedroom, Ashley was nowhere to be found.  The rose pedals were still spread around my room, with even more on the bed now, and the flowers she brought me on my night stand in a vase.  There were also an additional dozen roses in a vase by my TV…which could have been there before and I was too busy kissing Ashley to notice those.

So I just decide to sit in bed and get warm because I’m absolutely freezing.  After like ten minutes, I contemplate calling her so I reach over to my night stand for my phone to text her, but I already have a missed text from Ash…

Hey ill be up in five I didn’t think youd change so fast

I’m about to respond, but Ash seems to know my every move even before she comes into the room, “Don’t bother texting me back.  I’m finished now.” 

With that, Ashley walks into my room with a tray of food.  “Okay, sorry that took so long, but I couldn’t let you be the only clean one between the two of us, so I just ran home real fast and showered…then I still had some time, so I went back home and got you those clothes because I know you love wearing them and the movie I originally forgot…then I still had like a half-hour to kill so I went to Jimmy John’s to get you your favorite sandwich and then to Panera on the way home for your favorite soup.”  She said like it was no big deal as she took the seat right next to me in my bed and gently placed the tray on my lap.
