    Shane comes for a visit and brings some stuff from home.

    Tina said “Oh boy, this is going to take some getting used to this new sensitive Bette Porter I have on my hands!” She smiled and winked and said “Baby, you don’t have to say anything. I said I was going to take care of you and I meant it. We will just do what we have to do. I will work from here and you will get stronger and better. In a couple of weeks you will start rehabilitation here and hopefully in a month we can have you in a place where you can get on a plane and get back to LA to finish your recovery”.

    Bette said “Oh Tina, I can’t do this for a month”

    Tina said “Bette, yes you can. You can and you will and I will be right here to help you. You heard Dr. Miller baby, this is going to be a long recovery. You have very serious injuries. There is the immediate healing and then the rehab and therapy that you will need afterwards. We are going to tackle this one day at a time. Together”.

    Bette said “I can’t be away from Angie that long. And work. Shit. Fuck. Work. Oh my god. I never called Phyllis. Shit. Fuck. Fuck me”.

    Tina said “Bette, I took care of all of that. I called Phyllis. Things are fine at the University. And I called James. And it is going to be really hard to be away from Angie, I agree, but Kit has things under control and even reached out to Angus to watch Angie while she is running the planet. Angus agreed of course and maybe he and Kit will heal through this situation. It certainly sounds like she is enjoying his company. They are staying at our house. I mean your house”.

    Bette interrupted and said “Tina, our house. It is our house. It has always been our house”.

    Tina said “Thank you sweetie. You are sweet. And Kit and I are working on setting up a webcam on our home computer so that we can use an internet service to do live phone calls with Angie. We will do this on a regular basis until we are out of the hospital Bette. And the rest we will play by ear”.

    1. Sorry to hear you are still sick. Thank you for continuing to write – i know when i was sick my brain felt foggy. Another wonderful chapter – I love this Tina. She is so strong for the both of them and is saying all the right things. I hope you feel better.

    6. Sorry to hear you’re still under the weather. Hope you get to feeling much better soon! Thank you for updating the story eventhough you’re under the weather. Bette is so insecure right now, but it is so exciting to see how alpha Tina is right now. She’s the rock that Bette will need during the coming weeks of recovery. I predict Bette will lash out at every therapist they will have working with her, but it will be Tina who stands up to Bette and challenges her during her therapy. So realistic was Shane’s reaction to Bette’s appearance. Patiently waiting for the next update. Thanks again!!!

    8. So glad that Bette gets to see the real Tina. Tina is Bette roch always has been and Nette was to busy in her life to realize it. Shane is such a friend, they are few a far between. Hope you feel better soon. that stuff is hard to get rid of. thanks
