Tina said “hmmm?”
Bette said “Can I touch you?”
Tina said “Yeah”
Bette began to slip her hand down the waistband of Tina’s running pants when the hospital room door open wide and Shane briskly walked in with carryout food.
Shane look very distraught and said “Holy shit. Holy shit guys I am so sorry. I … oh my god… I should have knocked… I didn’t realize in a hospital… oh my god… I am so sorry. I will just leave…”
Shane was hurrying toward the door. Bette had pulled her hand quickly out of Tina’s pants and while Tina was rushing to pull the blanket up to cover up Bette’s chest, Bette was racing to pull Tina’s shirt down.
Tina said “Shane! Fuck. Wait. Can you just wait outside for one second? I am really sorry”
Shane was already out the door with the door shut behind her.
Bette was laughing quietly to herself and Tina was sitting up, running her hands through hair to try to smooth it down and pat shirt and pull it downwards.
Tina said “Fuck. Jesus. Oh my god Bette. This is so not funny. Our friend just totally say my boobs. Oh my god. What were we thinking?”
Bette said “Tina, it is ok. If it makes you feel any better, she probably saw mine too!”
Tina said “Bette, Jesus, your hand was down my pants. I am so embarrassed. Here she comes to bring us lunch and we are practically getting it on in the hospital bed. Oh my god. I have to go out and talk to her. Fuck. It was the damn bandana. Damn it”.
Tina got out of bed and looked at Bette disapprovingly. Bette was still half smiling to herself at how flustered Tina was. Tina was walking toward the door and Bette said “Tina! Wait!”
Tina said “what?”
Bette said “Will we continue this later?”
Tina rolled her eyes at Bette and opened the door and said “Shane come in. Please. Thank you so much for bringing lunch. It smells wonderful. And I am so hungry”
Shane hung her head and came in the room.
Tina said “Shane I am sorry. I am so sorry. Do you want to talk about this? I feel so embarrassed, I am sorry…”
Shane said “Listen. Let’s just not talk about this. Lunch anyone? Bette, you hungry?”

That was freakin’ hilarious! If I were Shane I would have just stood there and watched..quietly. ; ) Voyerism at it’s best.
People have been caught in far worse situations. Several times women were caught in a full makeout session. The nurse closed the door and put a knock before entering sign on the door. lol. At least Bette now feels much better about herself even if Tina is mortified. Hopefully they will get to complete their session, please. Too funny. Praise God it wasn’t big mouth Alice.
