“Shh. It’s ok now Camilla. You’re safe.”

Camilla pushed her friend away from the embrace as she stared into her black eyes. Her body trembled uncontrollably.

“You don’t understand. It’s a trap he’s trying to…”

Camilla’s sentence was interrupted by Dana’s sixth sense ability. She turned around to see a black bullet coming for Camilla’s chest. She quickly grabbed her friend by the shoulders and threw their bodies down onto the floor just missing the bullet.

As Dana landed with Camilla onto the hard wooden floor, she felt something she hadn’t felt since she was resurrected.

Dana grunted as she sifted her body uneasily. She was feeling pain. Suddenly a wave of dizziness hit her like a ton of bricks. Camilla looked on in horror at Dana’s dismay. Victor Krash had set out what he wanted to do. She looked over her shoulder and saw a dying black crow bleeding to death on Victor’s desk.

It hit her suddenly. The bullet was not meant for them. Victor knew Dana would protect her friends in trouble. One of her weakness was that she always put herself in front of others. And he used to his advantage.

Dana slowly got up to her feet as she looked over to where the dying bird laid, struggling to get to its feet. She could literally feel her strength and speed slip through her body along with the dying bird’s blood pouring down onto the ground.

A loud laughter came from the corner of the room as it echoed through the large office. Dana shot a look towards the direction of the evil laughter. She saw Victor’s dark eyes staring down at her and his sadistic looking smile across his face.

“Beautiful…just beautiful, I couldn’t have planed this better.”

Dana glared at the drug overload as he walked out of the shadows and into the light. She knew she had to fight this guy and in her mind she knew she could take him, but she couldn’t ignore the feeling of pain that she started to feel. Not to mention the nagging feeling that she was missing something.
