    “And he wrote it off ? “ Bette grinned

     

     

    “Reversed it a speed into about a dozen shopping trolleys outside Toys r us “

     

    “So you wanted a Saab ?”

     

    “A beautiful white Saab “ Tina spotted a speck of mud – she pulled a tissue from her pocket and wiped it away. Bette laughed

     

     

    “You remind me of someone else “

     

    “And you are going to tell me you drive a mini ? “

     

    “No – series 8 BMW “

     

    “A well known baby friendly motor “

    “Its very safe and I don’t drive much – just shopping and exploring “

     

    “What about work ? “

     

    “I walk to the station and get a train – its greener, cheaper and I have become addicted to my MP3 player “

     

    “Do I see a chilled Bette Porter before me ? “

     

    Tina opened the passenger door and helped Bette inside. Tina climbed into the drivers seat and helped her to adjust the safety belt – her hand brushing against Bette’ stomach.

     

     

    “ I am calmer than I was – my blood pressure is just on the right side of high – so I had to chill for him “

     

    Tina started the car and concentrated on the road ahead. She had a very valuable cargo and was not going to take any risks. They both sat in silence for five minutes.

     

     

    Tina was surprised at how clear headed she was. It was like seeing Bette had been the key to deciphering the confusion she had been enduring in her head for so many months.

     

    She had never really come to terms with being bisexual – even thinking in those terms while married to Bette had felt wrong. But throughout their marriage she had found men attractive – she just had never acted on the feelings because she was so committed to her marriage.

     

    Losing Bette had suddenly brought her a need to act on what had always been hidden yearnings.

     

     

    But now that Bette was back – things had changed again. Tina was wondering what to do about Henry – she knew that sharing a bed with him was out of the question – not when she was longing for Bette and some proper love making.

    14. Operation Porter has commenced. Let the pampering begin. Goodby Henry and don’t let the door hit you in the gluteus. I can only dream and wish on a star or anything else that this would happen in season 4. I would love for it to happen on the first show of the season that way I can stare at Bette and Tina and not feel like I have to run and be sick. Who do I pray to for this to happen?

    23. Great job Ally. Apparently Henry isn’t as dumb as he looks, because he can admit to himself that he never truly had Tina. I love the point of view of this story with Tina chasing and romancing Bette to get her back. Way to flip the script Ally. Please continue :o)

    28. This story is delightful. Why is Bette being so reluctant? Does she have a sweetie or a potential one back in London? She has a good life in London and doesn’t want to give it up? Who knows if some other bloke will catch Tina’s eye? Can’t they just have mind-blowing sex and call it a day? LOL.
